I had both knees replaced one in November 2019 and the other 3/2020. I am extremely pleased with my doctor and the care I got from them. They are by far top notch! The treatment and care that Dr. Vann and his team gave me was impeccable.

Dr. Sager was my Surgeon when I needed a Hand Specialist. Excellent care and Beside skills just seemed to be part if his nature. My wife and I were both impressed with His Care and knowledge as he shared step by step what was needed and what he did.

The doctors and other caregivers are amazing. However, they do not keep a very close eye on schedules. Plan on waiting for an hour or more to be seen. Happened when my daughter broke her arm and was being seen and has happened when I needed to have my foot and ankle seen. They could call you and say they are behind, but they do not give you this courtesy.

Breaks and fractures in my lower leg and ankle led to surgery with Dr. Shannon Cooke. He is a superior doctor. During multiple follow up visits I routinely saw his PA who is also excellent and was very patient with all of our questions and whom I had no problem seeing instead of Dr. Cooke. We would typically wait 30 minutes past appointment time and that is problematic when missing work. But the quality of care cannot be beaten.

Great doctors and staff but they have no concept of time management. Wait time for a scheduled appointment is always over an hour. Dr. Cook seems extremely overbooked between surgeries and office appointments. Definitely an amazing doctor though.

Went in today to pick up my records as I was referred to a different doctor on a worams comp case. Check in and filled out the forms and waited. And waited. And still waited. After sitting for an hour and a half, the receptionist asked me if I was still waiting on my records. I wanted to say "No I'm doing A$$ yoga in this chair", but I didn't, and asked how much longer. He walked off then came back and told me they could mail them to me. If I didn't need them NOW I wouldn't be here.
Overall a really bad experience today. Still don't have my recordd

The wait time was not long at all and the atmosphere was homey. The other people there waiting were very friendly as well. DR Britten is amazing! He remembered me from being there 6 years ago and why I had been there Talk about impressed. I overheard one lady who had been down in another state and fell and her husband came a shot her to bring her to Dr. Britten. He his very honest and upfront and LISTENS to what you have to say. Great customer care and concern.

Justin Harrison is a caring and knowledgable PA who saw me when the others would not. I wanted a PT referral and he obliged. I went to Hendricks for PT after being approved for Resource Assistance. Without Abilene Bone & Joint I would not been able to get the care I needed after an automobile accident on Nov 30.

I have always been very pleased with my visits to Abilene Bone and Joint . Everyone from the front door to the final check out window are really nice and treat people nicely. Dr. Cooke is a super doctor. I don't know about any of the other doctors personally because I haven't been seen by any other doctor. I'm sure they are just as good.

Dr.Vann is great. Just don't like waiting for 2 hours for a 5 minute visit. Has happen every time

Staff is knowledgeable and considerate. Office is organized with a great patient flow to each station. Dr. Cooke is an extremely competent physician. I would recommend this facility for any bone and joint concerns.

Everyone was so friendly & helpful. My daughter fractured her arm and everyone walked her through exactly what they were doing, allowed her to ask questions and was very helpful to calm her nerves.

I had a great experience here! I was scheduled quickly for an MRI and was very pleased with both the friendliness and professionalism of the staff! The open air MRI was a pleasant surprise and the gentleman who helped me was fantastic! I'd definitely recommend the folks here if you ever need them!

As always my Appointment went very smoothly! No long wait and excellent care! I love Dr. Watts and his entire staff! The ladies at the front check in are also very nice, as well as the ladies that check you out! Always a good experience there!
