if you want to be in good shape go to planet fitness, if you want to get HUGE or cut like a fitness competitor this is THE place, Preston aka Gorilla will get you on the path to elite perfection!! well worth every minute you spend there

I have been going here since they purchased from catalyst fitness. I have really enjoyed my time with this gym. I was a bit sad when they moved down the road a few miles since it was even further of a drive, but I still come. It has all the equipment needed to have a great workout.

Cancelled my membership here months ago and now I'm receiving a threatening email stating that they have exhausted attempts to collect some supposed debt and they will be placing the balance against my credit. BEWARE of this gym. Crooked business practices

First gym I've ever been a member to that I actually crave to go to. Atmosphere is amazing, staff is super friendly, and they have great low rates compared to nearby gyms.

I used to be a member at Catalyst Fitness. After my membership expired I discovered it had taken on new membership and sent a request to come in and potentially sign up under Gorilla Warfare. I never received a response but a couple months later I got a charge on my credit card and an email telling me I had been signed up for a membership. After several calls and messages, Preston sent me a message asking that I call the number he provided. Weeks later, we finally had a conversation and he told me the unauthorized charge had been the fault of Catalyst and that I could come in to get my money. Unfortunately stuff came up that prevented me from coming in for a couple months. I again sent a message as a courtesy requesting to come retrieve the money as well as to potentially look at signing up. He provided the same number and again told me to call him. Over the course of six weeks I have called multiple times and left messages identifying as much and offering times that I would be available, and attempted to follow up with messages on here but have received a stock message each time and have not received a single response via phone or message. Strange way to conduct business with someone who was illicitly charged who was still wanting to potentially sign up. Not surprised to see other people expressing similar issues and have talked to people who said everyone who has discussed this gym with them had terrible things to say. I posted this review on their facebook weeks ago with no response but they've had time to post stuff.

I Absolutely love Gorilla! It's clean & you always see the manager Will taking care of anything that's needed. Extremely friendly staff with loads of information on hand for any questions on workouts or machinery. They provide great classes & each trainer there has a unique style & are more than willing to push you where you want to be! I've been very impressed with the manager. I'm there 6-7 days a week & he is always on top of things & that in itself speaks volumes! Come join, I promise your gonna love the place!

Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. Regularly cleaned and maintained. Supplements, meals and apparel available for purchase at competitive prices. Competition coaching available. Owner is consistently on site, involved and available. This gym provides an environment for a range of members looking for anything from a little daily cardio to heavy traing. Classes also available. Love it.

Gym is nice the changes the made are really nice. Customer service needs a lot of work. They double charged my account for months and when I asked about a refund they turned me over to their Financial Institution for me to deal with, which was a mess. I sent an email to them regarding my account needing to get cancelled due to me moving to the West side of Nashville. No reply and they did not cancel my account with the Financial Institution they work through. Both accounts continued to be billed. So now my account and the duplicate account are finally cancelled with no help from them but the company that they use still wants dues for the months that I was supposed to be cancelled for. All in all terrible experience, like I said before gym is nice the upgrades they have done are great, it's just the service that will keep me from recommending this place to anyone.
