Simply the best swim school around Ms Beverly is the best instructor and loves the kids
My son has been taking swim lessons here since he was one. The instructors and staff have been nothing but delightful to work with and are impeccable in teaching my son not only the basics on how to swim, but technique as well. Five years later, my son is still taking lessons because he loves to swim, and aspires to be on the swim team one day.
Horrible experience for my son. 1 year later, and my 4 year old has nightmares. I took my then 3 yr old son who was very excited to learn how to swim to Sea Star. After paying (which is non-refundable), buying necessary goggles, they took him from me and told me to leave pool area. I watched from other side of glass as they repeatedly dunked him under the water to the point of coughing, gasping for breath and crying. He was terrified. I tried not to overreact for his sake but stopped the lesson short. This should not have happened, he was the only one in his class, she could have taken her time with him. This is not teaching anything but to not trust anyone and hate swimming. I did not write until now, but as you can see we are both still traumatized by this experience, I do not want anyone else to go through the same thing. Do not trust them with your child. The owner was in the water with his teacher and observed but never said a word.
Great, best place for swim lessons.
