Great facilities and staff
My membership was supposed to be canceled over a year ago, but was never done. Now a year later my card is charge for monthly dues. I spoke with the owner James Williams and he is refusing to refund the money. His logic is that it's under new ownership and he has no knowledge of what happen over a year ago. But he still thinks he has a right to the money?!? Exact words "I can't just be giving everyone a refund". Now I have to report the charge as fraud and everything that entails.... There are better places to workout at in Antioch. Don't bother with this place. It's not worth it.
This place is awesome. This gym has all the equipment that I need and the staff is friendly... Also, they are currently giving away a 58" TV and I was entered just by joining!! Can't wait for the drawing.
Been coming here off and on for about a year now. It's OK, good balance of strength equipment, isolated machines, and cardio equipment. It's a bit small, if you come during peak hours, good luck getting a share of any equipment that isn't a treadmill. Locker rooms are nice. Only real big complaint is when people let in non-members or members who "forgot" their membership card after hours.
Also, there was one morning I came in at 4am and some guy tried to get in (I was the only person at the gym), he was banging on the door trying to get me to let him in but of course I didn't. When I came out of the locker room 5 minutes later, he was gone. Soon after, a group of ladies came in, and he didn't ask them to let him in. Clearly, he was not there to work out.
So, as a woman in the area, I'd say be careful, especially when people let in non-members when no one is on staff. And it's a small gym, so be aware of that. Otherwise, the equipment is pretty varied and decent for the price.
Great club. Never too crowded and has everything you need for whatever your fitness goals may be. Jessica is fantastic! Highly recommended!
This particular facility is not clean. There is hardly any soap, paper towels, or clean bathrooms. The disinfectant spray looks watered down. I have never seen anyone wiping down or vacuuming at this facility. I have read all the other reviews and have concluded that this is the norm and the owner seems to already know.

Nick, who is a manager, is the best! He was very kind and got me set up for gym success. Some of the employees are a little rough around the edges so if you are having issues, talk to Nick. He'll make sure you're taken care of.

Small but great little place to work out.
The only reason I continue to keep me membership here is b/c of the location. It's convenient...I have to pass it every morning while dropping my daughter off for school. So I'm there... b/w 7-8am 3-4x's a wk and the place is always a mess. Weights all over the place, trash cans over flowing, huge water stain on the carpet by the restrooms, machines stay out of order, the men locker room is just nasty, lockers are broken, toilet barely flushes etc. Now I like that there's enough equipment to get a great workout in but the place needs a huge makeover to stay competitive in this market. Hell, I could pay less for a membership elsewhere, where the facility is kept clean, great staff and better better equipment. But why should I have to inconvenient myself to do so when you guys are in my community. I'm paying almost $30 a month for my membership. I should at least be satisfied with the services...wouldn't you?

Kool ass people and very helpful. Laid back environment and peaceful location.

They need to hire some new staff.
Especially one in particular. I believe his name is 'Benny'. He is a literal pos. He has nothing better to do then to watch camera footage from the night before, and he will literally get in youe face about anything. If he doesn't like you, he'll let you know by just staring at you and giving you a glare the whole time your are in there. You constantly feel you are being watched. I think he's also fruity af, because he was admiring my friends muscles calling him sexy, which I think is inappropriate behavior for a gym staff to have.
My husband and I have been going to Workout Anytime for the last three years. We live in Nolensville and choose to drive to the Antioch location because the staff are very friendly, the feel of the facility is more intimate than other locations, equipment is maintained and facility is clean. Great place to workout!
Poorly managed facility. It appears that nothing has been cleaned properly in months. And as of late, getting there at 5am and the doors are LOCKED! I don't know where the fees are going, but certainly not invested in this owners facility. Maybe he invests in his other locations but certainly not Antioch! And if you call to leave a voicemail, the mailbox is full probably of complaints not answered. Only thing good is the free weights and convenience and the staff that I've met have been friendly
I was fraudulently charged two months after canceling my membership. Despite three calls to the gym and being promised that I would be contacted by a manager and refunded, neither has happened. I should have known better when the exact same thing happened to a relative, but tried to give this gym the benefit of the doubt. Needless to say, I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and seeking restitution.
I worked out here once while visiting Nashville. This place is disgusting and not taken care of. It's grimy and obviously not cleaned, there is delayed maintenance and no pride of ownership. I wouldn't be surprised If the clear liquid in the wipe down bottles is actually water (it has no smell or characteristics of a chemical/disinfectant). If I owned the Anytime Fitness brand I would fine this owner or force them to sell. If I had more time I would have photographed more, but I won't be returning when in Nashville. This owner is a business slum lord.
Shout out to Zelly, owner of Anytime Fitness franchises in Atlanta. His locations are clean, well kept, and up to date.
The facilities themselves are good, but the billing has been nothing short of a headache. I was sent a new credit card by my bank, so the automatic billing wasn't working, but I was out of town and unaware. When I got back I went in and updated it, but get a call the next month from a collection company. So I go in to update it again, and the system is down, so they say come back and we'll update the payment another time. Ok fine. So a third time I go to update it and it gets changed and they waive the fees, which is good since its a system error. Now I'm moving and need to cancel, and they say I need to come in to cancel, though if I had already moved then I could cancel via email. But the policy states that I can't cancel by email until I move. Oh, and I got another call from the collection agency today to top if off on the thing that they said they took care of months ago.
So... to sum it up. They people there are nice, the facilities are nice, but the policies from higher up and billing departments are horrendous, so I can only tell people to find another gym unless you want all the headaches I've had to deal with.
