Holly is AMAZING! She helped so much with strengthening my back and she has such patience with me. I am so grateful for finding her! I look forward to our workouts!
Kaizen is amazing. I have trained there for several years. Holly and the trainers push you out of your comfort zone, encourage you and celebrate with you. I have worked hard with them and as a result I am stronger and more confident than I have ever been. The atmosphere of the gym is one of family not just a gym. Everyone supports one another and is proud of each others accomplishments! Awesome place to work out!
I started at Kaizen about 2 months ago at their early morning boot camp. What can I say other than it's FANTASTIC!!! Small group size so you don't get lost and can still get the personal attention you need. I personally love the "studio" setting of Kaizen because we are able to make better use of the space unlike at a traditional gym where you have to work around equipment. Kaizen is so great, I just signed up for a 3rd class per week!!
I'm finishing my 7th week of working out with Holly at Kaizen Hybrid Training, and it's already changing my life. As someone with a complicated history with food + exercise, I've lost weight before. I know how to 'do it'. However, every time that I've done so it's been by sacrificing my mental (and sometimes physical) health. After seven weeks of training twice a week for only 30 minutes a session, I've seen changes in my body that never occurred when I was running 5 miles a day. Not only that, I've been able to reintroduce caffeine into my diet (after 3 years without) because my anxiety is greatly reduced, I'm happier, more confident, and a better version of myself overall. I can't wait to see what happens in 7 more weeks!
I am 54 and feel better than I have in 20 years. The beginner class was what I needed to teach me how to work out and to not hurt myself. I started in October and I actually look forward to my classes.
