I lived in Brighton Valley for 4 years. It was my first place I called home when I moved to Nashville. I enjoyed my time living there. Very clean, safe, and my kids loved the pool all year round!
The apartment complex is nice and the coolest about it is indoor hot tub and pool. Community is active here . They have always good events going on and people are nice ! I would definitely recommend this apt complex
This place is great! Love the townhouses and the community. Especially the leasing manager Paige! She was so helpful and got us into the place we needed quickly and easily on our end! Thanks for all you did for us on such short notice. Highly recommend these apartments.
I feel so fortunate to have found this community! Looked for two months and felt so comfortable and welcome here. Lots of great amenities and the location is close to everything....grocery, public transit, restaurants, etc. Glad we're here.

I have lived at Brighton Valley since April 2018, and I cannot even think about a complaint. They always give you a heads up they have to come into your apartment. They come in every 3 months to spray your apartment for bugs along with change out your air filters and check the batteries in your smoke detectors! The staff have always been nice and roam the grounds occasionally to spot for issues that might have arrived from a storm. The pools are always clean and rules are enforced for them. The area is safe as well! The gate only opens during business hours and has never been left open. However the people of the community keep breaking the stop arm.. but the actual slide gate has always worked and never has a issue! Sadly, the area outside the complex is not that great.. but that is not the apartments fault! They do a great job of keeping the inside safe and welcoming!

We have been here for over 4 years now and absolutely love it. We have one if he 2 bedroom townhomes and they are a great size for my family of 3. Maintencebis in top of fixing stuff when you have issues. The office staff are extremely helpful with answering any questions you may have. And the events the office does almost every week make his community a family friendly living establishment for. anyone. I highly recommend this place.
Very quiet and safe neighborhood. Love the pools, dog park and the community social events. They have grills throughout the area which we use often. Everything is clean. Havent had any problems with my apt.
I moved to Nashville in September of 2017, and I live at Brighton Valley. The staff is excellent. Maintenance is always quick to repair anything. My one bedroom apartment is very spacious with plenty of storage. I have a very nice sized walk in closet, a coat closet, a linen closet and a huge laundry room with lots of room for storage. My bedroom is very spacious with plenty of room to hold a queen size bed and two dressers, and I have room for a vanity. The apartments are pet friendly, and there are two dog parks on the Grounds. They even sent me a sweet message on National Puppy Day. I love having the indoor pool and hot tub in the winter, and the fitness center is excellent and always so clean. This neighborhood is also very quiet. The location is a little far from the downtown area, but only about a 20 minute taxi ride. I would recommend these apartments to anyone.

When my fiance and I found Brighton, we couldn't be more thrilled. The staff was kind, welcoming, and eager to show us around the premises which are quite impressive including Tennis Courts, a fitness room, and even an outdoor AND indoor pool! Additionally, we were quite impressed with the model room and the overall interior of the two bedroom town homes which were newly renovated and spacious. Pricing for Brighton Valley units are also incredibly reasonable compared to other apartment complexes in Nashville area. We've been living here since August now and are continually impressed by the incredible maintenance and office communication regarding any construction that may need to take place, etc. Jesse and I have particularly enjoyed the community events as well which usually include tasty treats, activities, and a chance to make new friends in the complex. Other benefits include the convenience of being so close to a Starbucks, Aldi, and Kroger, as well as multiple bus stops which I use frequently in my commutes to downtown. Such a blessing to find Brighton and call it our home. Plan to renew our lease in August!

I have enjoyed living here. The amenities are great and set this complex apart from others in the area. Only downfall is the gate. It is slow and especially annoying for visitors.
Great place to live. I have 2 teenage boys. They can go workout or go swimming to stay in shape.
Great staff. Always friendly. Breakfast first Saturday of every month.
I just renewed for my fourth year.

Ok. We are 4.5 months in and all 3 of us LOVE IT! First off Daniella and Harmony are so friendly, and it isn't just the "before you sign the lease" friendly. Second is maintenance. We have had a few MINOR issues, but the response time from maintenance is impeccable. They were over fixing them within an hour at most. Same day fixes, too. No "we have to order this, or that" it was done then. Another plus is the GATE actually works!! I feel a bit safer. Last but not least are the monthly events they hold. "Cocktails by the pool" was the most recent. It may not seem like much, but it's the small things that show appreciation. It shows they appreciate the tenants. I'm very pleased. The upkeep is actually done as well.
Love it here. Safe and the gate actually works. Staff are friendly and not bitchy, as well. Huge plus. Maintenance is quick
As a CURRENT (June 2017-) resident it has been superb. Parking is literally the only issue I've had. Maintenance is on point, and always does it correctly. I have yet to have a "repeat" issue.
In regards to the June shooting here (saw it on a different review) , it happens. Sadly, but it's true. It happens everywhere. Bad Apples have a habit of travelling abroad. I do not believe the complex itself should be blamed.
The gate here actually WORKS! I hear they used to have frequent problems with it, but I have been here 5 months now, and it's always worked without issue. I always tell my friends I live in the "hood" area, but my apartment complex is legit, and I actually feel safe here. But make your own choice. I love it here. I have also received multiple $5 gift cards, from the community rewards program they have. You get to pick what retailer you want. You can also earn higher amounts. I have yet to experience that anywhere else.
This is the absolute worst apartment complex I have ever had to deal with. Renters beware. We lived there for 2 years, paid rent on time and even continued to pay for rent, water and electricity that we were not using after we moved out in March. Lease was not up until June so we were reasonable about it. Vacated, left the place immaculate (pics to prove it) and then received a "Final Account Statement" with a charge for a "dirty oven." Please. Petty and false. The unit was left in better condition than when we moved in and this place will not be receiving another dime from us!! If your unit is left in pristine condition (please refer to pics of how we left it), this complex will go out of their way to find something trivial and will attempt to charge you for it. After submitting a non-renewal of lease letter in March, I spoke with Harmonie who stated she checked our file, we paid a security deposit in the amount of $1,095 and we would get that back at the end of our lease as long as there were no damages to the apartment. Fast forward to the end of the lease and the "Final Account Statement" indicating $0 for a "deposit on hand." When I called her about this, suddenly it became a "non-refundable bond." This place is petty, shady and incompetent. Feel free to rent here if you must but don't say I didn't warn you.
I signed a lease with Brighton Valley prior to even looking at the units / community. I moved from Philadelphia pretty last minute so my roommate and I were totally winging it. We couldn't be more pleased with our choice to move into Brighton Valley. Staff is super friendly and helpful, community is safely gated, townhome is very spacious, pool is huge....the list goes on! :)
Ok. We are a month and so into our new lease here, and all 3 of us LOVE IT! First off Daniella and Harmony are so friendly, and it isn't just the "before you sign the lease" friendly. Me and my family moved in recently so I will speak about my personal experience so far and I will say that we our extremely happy. It all began with a very friendly and honest office staff; lead by Harmonie. She was great to me and my Wife in answering our questions, multiple times viewing the apartment, and helping with the paperwork process. We love our new place especially how spacious it is and the neighborhood as a whole. The neighbors our friendly, grounds our beautiful, multiple dog parks and most importantly a quiet and safe environment. We have truly enjoyed our experience so far and love that the complex has multiple monthly events for the community (breakfast, parties, and holiday events) to get to know your neighbors better. We our truly happy with our decision to move here and be apart of their community.
I have lived here for about 9 months, and I am loving it. Ok, yes, you face small problems like a broken gate, sometimes the indoor pools are down and unable to be used, but seriously, who expects perfection all the time? Maintenance is going to be needed on things, that's just the way it goes. It is a GREAT complex. Seems like most of the residents are pretty quiet and easy to get along with, the office staff is PHENOMENAL.
The new manager, Sully, is super professional, very nice and always makes himself available to his residents. The old assistant manager, Karoline, was helpful and easy to get a hold of anytime, helped me during my move in, and the new assistant manager Harmonie is quick, positive, helpful, and really knows her stuff. I always go to her when I need anything. I haven't interacted with the leasing agents a ton, but they have both been on top of the ball every time I come in.
Maintenance is quick, professional and gets it done right. I've had a couple small maintenance issues since I've lived here (nothing serious), and Mike has been the one to come in for maintenance. He's in and out in a jiffy, and I have never had problems with it not being fixed correctly. The other maintenance staff (whose names I haven't finished learning) are always polite and courteous, and do a great job at keeping our community maintained and clean.
I'm going to be living here for a long time, and really hope the current office and maintenance staff sticks around for a while.

I've lived in "luxury" apartments for several years, and don't mind paying premium rent for the real thing. We waited 6 weeks to get a townhouse facing the indoor pool. In the 6 months we've been here, the all-season indoor pool and hot tub have been "out of order" for 4 months. We were shown a similar unit when we signed the lease, but upon moving in discovered that the foundation of our unit has shifted significantly so that the rooms at the back are noticeably sloped. We had to set up the beds in a way to avoid it, or it feels weird. The paint was applied in haste with many places that never got touched up. Broken shade louvers were repaired with tape, not replaced. Traffic in front of the complex is gridlocked morning and evening. The security gate is a joke, locking out everyone except for thieves, who just walk in the exit. The neighborhood has a homeless camp in the woods a half-block away, so we drive to another neighborhood to take walks. The nearby restaurants need about 20 minutes extra time to take your order. The office and maintenance people are "Tennessee Nice" but don't really make repairs. They fiddle with the existing components until the problem temporarily stops. The doors and windows leak so we feel a cold draft in winter and hot draft in summer. Our electric bill is twice what we paid in our last apartment that was located on the Canada border and had hard winters. Don't let the beautiful pool photos fool you, this apartment complex has seen better days and is not worth the primo rents.
