Been going here for over a year now. Great workouts for 30 min!! Really helps when you're tight time. Goes by so fast! And the coaches are awesome!! More than just trainers, like friends and family here at HFBBC!!

These workouts are addicting!! This is coming from a person who has always preferred low intensity workouts. HFBBC is nowhere near low intensity and I have been hooked since my first workout 6 months ago. Every day is different and I am truly bummed when I have to miss class!

I have been working with the team here for about 9 months and it was the best fitness decision I ever made. Jai and his team are great trainers and care about their clients. The classes are fun and hard at the same time. 30 minutes a day really did change my life. They push you to your limit. The environment is perfect. I look forward to each class. Thank you for bringing the boot camp style workouts to us!

I've been to 6 classes now and I'm hooked. The workouts are intense but they go by super fast and the trainers make it fun. Each trainer has their own style which adds variety and they all know their stuff! They give modifications as needed but always push you for more. Their social media presence is strong too and gives added support for nutrition info, recipes, exercises and just general motivation. I highly recommend Hermitage Fit Body Boot Camp to anyone no matter what their fitness level may be. These guys are great and have a genuine passion for helping us succeed.

Coach J is awesome...He takes you from whatever level you're at (and I was very low) and helps you to improve your body and your health!
Classes are 30 minutes - DOn't quIT! - DO IT!!

So happy I finally went! Boot Camp was a mystery to me, my first time going was great. I enjoy the variety and it was fun. I love that fact that I could feel comfortable going at my level. Coach J helped me when I could not jump. He showed me alternatives for a great workout. At first I didn't think I could finish but about half way through I got a burst of energy from the session. Thank you Coach J for my first workout, I am planing out my next one!
