In the middle of quarantine due to the pandemic and they are making it nearly impossible to cancel my membership. The only option is to come in person or mail them a written request to cancel. I'll be there to cancel it and won't be back.

A gym where people actually work out ... imagine that! Large space, including machine circuit, free weights, cardio cinema, and some class offerings. Due to prior injury, has access to only type of cardio equipment that I can use pain-free (low-seated exercise bikes) - hoping the ones in the main room are updated soon!

As a follow-up to my review and the inaccurate response bt the club I decided to take some pics. Secondly, you will notice the reply mentioned nothing about the tanning bed lights not being changed. I asked again today, 02/27/19 and which brought about a look of deas, frowns and finally the answer of "I dont know, it has been a long time".
Member of 3 days.....Broken/worn equipment. Broken/missing locker doors. Was told today that Tanning bed lights havent been changed in 2 years. Had I known these things I would have gone to Planet Fitness or another gym.

Very nice gym. The cardio theater is really good to help you not focus so much on the actual cardio and I tend to go longer as a result. Lots of other equipment and very friendly staff.

I love you guys. You guys are part of my lifestyle and I'll always remain a member. NAC, FAC and MAC have been a great experience of my life for the lifestyle that I live. Thank you for being there for me.

I am a long time member and have had a great experience at the NAC. It has many amenities I've not seen at other clubs. I even wore my NAC hoodie when I visited Chins last year.

Clean, spacious gym with all the amenities. Lots of great classes and awesome instructors! Cardio theater, ample cardio equipment varieties and weights galore! Sauna/steam room with clean showers are amazing! Love this place!

I come down from Louisville, ky, every few weeks to see kiddos and wife while shes in nursing school here in Nashville. I come from a hardcore body building gym in Louisville as well as the Louisville Athletic Clubs up there. This is completely different from the LACs. Has awesome equipment; equipment that is not available at any hardcore gym ive been to much less LAC. Dumbbells exceed 120 which is always a plus. Have seriously considered driving the 3 hours just to get a shoulder workout in. They have an old school lateral raise machine that is no where to be found in any gym ive been to that gives an insane pump. Thanks for great service and a home away from home gym during my visits to Nashville.

I really enjoy the gym, a large amount of weights and a good amount of cardio. The cardio theater is a plus. My one complaint (pretty large one to be honest) is the lack of a dedicated stretching area. No matter what workout you are doing, everyone should be stretching. There isn't a foam roller in site, and I counted three mats in the only area that had them. If you want to stretch you have to find a place and complete them awkwardly on the ground. There is definitely space for them to add a stretching area, so i don't know why they don't.

This is the WORST gym. The staff members are super rude. The Asian "manager" will talk to you like you're stupid and have an attitude. The gym never has a manager present to speak to. I have tried calling numerous times and no one will return the phone call. When you cancel, they don't take you out of the system and will continue to bill you. The Regional Manager "Aaron Kirchner" is a joke. He never returns phone calls. Do not waste your money at this joke of a business.

This is the best gym I have been too. It may not be the cleanest but this place has everything you need and plenty of it. It's a real gym that allows anyone to carry around gallon jugs of water, wear any kind of tank top, and you can slam waits without having an alarm set off.

I enjoy this place. It does have a basketball court so that won me over. People here are definitely there to work out.

I went to NAC. This review is late, but I felt compelled due to other's experiences. Let's get to it. Customer service was horrible!!! I made my payment online. Cindy was at the front desk late afternoon. I believe she's one of the managers. I checked in and proceeded. When I got several steps down, she yelled "WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO PAY?" I was startled as I already paid. She tells me "I can still workout, but that payment was needed." I tried explaining my case and she didn't believe me one bit. She had that stupid deer in headlights look like if I was lying. I spoke with Brad about two days later as someone from their staff said "Brad was much better than her." I contacted Brad and he found that payment. The site initially was supposed to transfer me to another pay site, but it never did. My payment was accepted under the old site. It was in limbo. By this time, I explained Cindy was very unprofessional. I was told from another staff person "my account was suspended." I never went back. Two months later, I got a call from collections for two missed payments!!!!! I'm still fighting this cause this wasn't my fault. I definitely understand why people left comments about customer service. I never wanted to leave. Between Cindy and that nightmare customer service, it was inevitable.

It doesn't matter if it occurred over a year ago. That was notated during the beginning of my review. The response you left indicates your poor business correlation with the public. Diligence in resolving the matter what was all needed to be said. To make an issue of the timeframe signifies you're trying to diminish the statement.

Customer service skills are horrible the manager Cindy McDonald is the worst verbally abusive and then tells you to take it up with corporate. I sent my cancellation email and got charge for two more months, I had not physically been to the gym in two months and they still charged me told me it was my mistake that I should have came in person and canceled unless I have the email she will not refund me anything to take it up with corporate I do not recommend this gym to anyone everyone there is a puppet because corporate is the only one that solves anything Apparently
