Do not go into this place because a guy tried to scam me and buy stupid stuff! He said it would be free and wanted my debit card!! No I won't give it to you at all and left, he was very good and said I am being nice to you! ! No you are scamming me. Beware of this place
Fantastic experience at Gold Elements Spa! Not only did I find some long term, extremely beneficial skin care products, but a friendly community of med spa experts that were knowledgeable about facials and various skin types. I received a complimentary facial with my purchase. Very happy I stopped and talked to the sales representative of this company!
Finding a reliable skin care solution isn't easy, but after a long search, Gold Elements was the long awaited answer. I purchased a $300 kit from them for facial products and they have been working marvelously. Much better than any product I've used to date. They also offer free facials and dynamic customer service. What's not to love?
went there through the kiosk in the mall after buying some product. The salesguy that took us acted like a little fool telling us how this fellow we were about to see was very important?! Seriously, he did. I rolled my eyes as he was absolutely ridiculous while taking us to the store down the way, yabbering on the whole time. I checked out the salt room and was told by said idiot "don't go in" I wasn't going to...smh. Anyways, the guy he took us to was nice, but the stuff was vastly overpriced, and a creepy, smarmy salesman didn't help my opinion. Just as an aside, the "important guy" we saw, was later on hanging around store front looking like he was trying to draw business in. Smh. I'd avoid it again for sure, just a lot of high pressure sales, and idiocy.

I got ALLERGY on my face after using their product in the store. I asked for tonic or any cleaning solution to wash my face and the girl from the store suggested to go to the restroom and wash my face with water! Is it a joke? I have never had allergies in my life and people who work in the store tried to convince me that I got allergy because I touched my face. They do not care about the customers and nobody in the store will help you if you have ANY kind of allergy.

I was offered to try some free samples so i agreed, who doesn't love free samples? I loved every product it was hard to choose. I decided to start with the basic skincare package and one product from each line. Not one of the products has disappointed me!!! I love each and every one. I now just have to decide which line I want to start with. This will be a gift I put on every list for years to come !
Beware of this store. Questionable sales tactics and a serious no return policy. Bought facial products and broke out in a rash the next day. Store provided no assistance except referring to national customer service line. Waited over 45 minutes on hold to be rudely told they would do nothing. A lower rating than one star is appropriate.
Love the neck serum and eye serum. They have been amazing I've been using them for a little over a month and now I don't even need to apply them everyday. Thanks so much for a real amazing product. The gold is a bonus.
I purchased the Salt Room Therapy Treatment a few weeks ago. It was very refreshing and made me feel wonderful! They were also very generous and gave me a few samples of their new products. After trying that for a few days, I went back to the store and purchased their new Platinium line. The mask made my skin super silky, and the V lifting made my wrinkles disappear !
I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to feel good about them selves and treat their skin with luxurious products!
