The hockey part of this gym is probably gone by now. There was a man there who was trying to sell me a ridiculous, non-refundable boot camp. He was trying to take advantage of me and thankfully I didn't give him any money. I do not recommend this gym to anyone. It's a rip-off and they didn't even have much equipment.
Lots of space, equipment in excellent condition (all working!), plenty of close parking, and does not smell like dirty socks.

The lounge and bathrooms are always neat and clean. Great place for kids to play hockey while you work out. The staff is VERY friendly and it's never crowded. Their group fitness classes rock! Overall a great workout facility!

Adaptable equipment for folks with disabilities
Nice size space. My son enjoys having a place to practice his hockey, I enjoy not repairing damage at home, wife enjoys being able to workout while he trains. Easy location to get to off of Briley. Can't imagine prices as low anywhere else in Nashville due to high rental space prices. Wish they had a drink vending machine though. Son says he has learned alot from instructors. Can't ask for much more.

i go for hockey every week and i learn a lot of stuff and the coaching staff is great and i have improved some while going there.

Great facility. Fitness equipment is top notch and the layout is easy to use squat racks and free weights. Fitness class room is well stocked with kettle bells and other awesome equipment. Friendly staff too.

Old planet fitness equipment that they didn't even bother repainting. This place is a joke.
