Its a great place ..me and my boyfriend go together..we enjoy the tanning beds and massages there they are great people

There is no hot water. I worked out, and had to shower in very cold water. There are no signs anywhere indicating there is no hot water. This is pitiful client relation. The employees are unable or unwilling to contact the franchise manager to tell him/her. They said it will wait till Monday. I will be cancelling my membership or at least transfer to another location.

Not a bad gym. Price is good, machines are usually available with the exception of rare peak times, and the place is fairly clean. My only gripe is when I first signed up I was told online that I'd get an overview of the gym and amenities. That never happened. I should have asked for the tour but I was a bit intimidated as it was my first time signing up for a gym.

Horrible experience, staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. I was a potential customer and told I had to pay 30 dollars just to tour it and questioned why I wanted to tour it in the first place. Very rude unhelpful staff. Worst gym experience ever! Energy was super depressing. Would give negative 5 if I could.

I would rather sign up at 24/7 all time fitness the gym with a big man in front that gym is so much better also there is no cancellation fee spend your well earned money at a clean and better gym

I really love it me being disabled and only can use the tanning bed and the massage thing I'm gonna try tonight but the lil young black guy was really nice and was good customer service it's a good place to go and my daughter can work out I'm Makin do a little bit but I have to limit myself to what I do but it's a really good place I would recommend anyone to go there and it's not very expensive it's clean and the environment is really nice

Ok so you all should know I keep my reviews candid and honest... So although I like Planet Fitness because it's a very convenient gym what I DON'T like is the fact that as a competitive bodybuilder I feel judged when I walk in and they give me all of the rules of what I CAN'T do or wear to this gym that I pay a membership fee for just like everyoneelse. I'm just here to work out like anybody else and just because I'm a competitive bodybuilder doesn't mean I'm a meathead or gym rat. For a gym whose motto is "Judgement Free Zone" it's quite the contradiction!!
This location is decent. They keep the gym clean and it seems as if the members actually take part in keeping it clean as well. Not a bad Gym for beginners or for those looking to maintain fitness, but for bodybuilders and competitors.... STEER CLEAR!!!

First, this gym is awesome. But Edwin, the store manager, makes it the best gym in town. Positive, helpful guy who I had the pleasure of talking to over the phone, and resolved my issue in seconds.

Dont sign up for any promotion deals! Its all a big rip off. You have to pay a cancellation fee so youre basically forced to pay for services you didn't you. Terrible customer service.

Been going about 3 years now. They have a lot of different machines. Always updating the locations. And for a great price. Goodlettsville location opening in February.

Good gym as far as the equipment. My biggest complaint is the members. Most of them have never had a gym membership and have never kept a steady workout routine. It's frustrating when people sit a machine or weight area during peak times, on their PHONE!!! Seriously! People sit on machines and benches, and surf social media. The staff says nothing. I've waited 20 mins for a machine because of someone on Facebook. The staff should be more aware of the needs of ALL members. I try to go during slow times but the members and their phones still ruin my workout routine.

I've been a member for over a year and live near Chattanooga. I was in town with my husband for some medical tests and decided to get in a quick workout in the down time. The staff did not make me feel welcome at all. No one was smiling or friendly. I went to the desk a couple times for tanning and hydro-massage. Both times I was barely acknowledged. The equipment seemed older than my usual location and there were a couple of machines out of order. Basically, it served my purpose. However, I can't wait to get back to my regular location.

Been going here since June. It's a great place. No one really bothers you, everyone minds their business. It's just as good as any other gym I've been to. Except people don't clean off the gym equipment after they get off of it, so I'd recommend wiping it down before and after using it. Overall, it's not bad. I've never had a problem with it. The workers are nice. The people who go there don't pay attention to anyone, so you don't feel that constant anxiety of people looking at you. Everyone seems to do their own thing, and I like that. Would recommend. It's really cheap and well worth the price.

This is not the place for you if you trying to get big like Hulk Hogan!! You can get a good work out quick and keep your heart in good shape!! Lot the people say amen!!

The staff is very RUDE and unprofessional and not friendly and they don't make you want to join the gym in Madison TN. I love the gym but as long as I don't have to enact with the staff I am good. It's unfortunate that the staff can ruin the entire experience. I am a returning member joined in August 2014 and the staff then was very inviting and friendly. I suggest staff take classes to learn how to be more inviting and friendly, nor did I get a tour of the facility was given a t-shirt...and let me say again the staff is very RUDE. You deserve ONE STAR because of staff

As I attend there as guest, my experience was good, always clean place, clean restroom, clean locker room, friendly staff. Machines are good! If you want to just workout, here's the place you wanna go!
