I particularly enjoy the cycling and yoga classes.
Positive environment. Friendly and competent staff. Variety in group classes offered; as well as equipment available for personal training.

Updated review:they have upgraded most of their equipment and added new ones they didnt have before,they have replaced all the free weights as well.
I'm so disappointed with this Y as I normally love the YMCA. But this one is truly lacking. You can tell this part of the Y used to be a church as it is disorganized and not functional. The locker room is tiny with two small showers, three bathroom stalls and about 25 very small lockers. I had no where to change into workout gear. I also had to Tetris my purse and backpack so they would both fit in the locker. The layout doesn't make sense either. There is limited weight machines upstairs but they are basically spread out in a hallway. The cardio room is decent but again limited on the machines they have. I would say only come to this Y for classes or cardio/basketball. If you actually want to lift weights or have options of machines go somewhere else.

Haven't been in a couple of years but I was just looking for a new gym and none can match the atmosphere and amenities (absolutely awesome childcare staff!) I had when I attended this YMCA from 2011 to 2016. So I thought I would share for people debating memberships.

Convenient, though it costs more than other places.
My family and I love this little Y! The childcare is excellent. The gym is always very clean. The people, both members and staff, are friendly and welcoming. And I love that they support the community by housing a literacy program!

No one bother to assist an elderly man as he was having trouble walking and standing. They all just watched as he stumbled. But this is the YMCA not a church!!#
