By far the worst public gym I've ever been to. I've almost always gone to Anytime Fitness but I'd rather get a membership ship at planet fitness if this was the only gym near me. Terrible use of space so it feels incredibly over crowded. The equipment seems fairly dated and poorly cared for. Apparently everyone that regularly attends this gym don't have the common decency or proper gym etiquette to re-rack their weights when finished.

Although I do agree it is rather pricey, this gym is AMAZING. Personally I love the size of it. For someone who is new to weight loss and working out its not huge and intimidating, like some other gyms. I like that this gym caters to ANYONE getting in shape, not just people who are already in shape. It is a smaller gym, but the equipment is great and up to date. I love the virtual classes you can take for free. The purple color scheme is great, and different for a gym.
The fact that this gym is 24 hours is also very helpful for me, as I can come in at night because I work during the day. The staff is very helpful when they are there. The owner is so nice and understanding, as well as the trainer who works there. I would happily recommend this gym to anyone who asks.

I come here for a great work out and the machines are always clean, staff is nice, love the location its easy to get in and out from old hickory to Edmondson. They have a good selection of equipment

I love this gym. It's not too crowded, and they have all the equipment I need, including a power rack. Not the absolute cheapest, but definitely priced well for what you get.

Nice gym with some good equipment. I wish it were bigger. Evenings tend to be busy and difficult to get a good workout in under an hour. They have quite possibly the worst hamstring curl machine. +1 for the manager checking reviews and reaching out.

This gym is clean and well kept. New equipment and everything you need really. They gave us a free personal training sessions when joining! Best service at a gym I've been to, everything gets fixed quick if it breaks and if you ask for something they don't have, they try to get it in there.
