A yoga sanctuary. I love this studio
Love this place! Every class is very different depending on the instructor but have enjoyed all of them so far!
I was not impressed by the teaching style, I found it very disjointed. I think classes which advertise as restorative should not involve workout style movements.

Very nice instructors with a great balance of individual focus while in a small group setting. So glad I found this studio while I was in town!
