We had a great time here for a friends bachelorette weekend! This class is a must! We did the pole/chair sessions with Sugar and everyone had such a fun experience. It was so cool to learn different choreography and they even filmed our group at the end of each session so we have the videos and pictures as memories.
Went for my birthday..IT WAS AMAZING! Fox is TALENTED & GORGEOUS! definitely recommend this..I'm sore as hell but worth it..everybody enjoyed themselves
This place is wonderful! The warmups/workouts are directed in an energetic, fun, sexy style. Every class teaches you awesome skills and new stretches. I love how supportive the staff is. The fellow class members aren't intimidating at all either like I thought it may be. They help you just as much as the instructors and everyone works together to improve. Such a beautiful environment. Would HIGHLY recommend for any level person.
Monique, our teacher, was so fabulous!! She made all of us feel comfortable and gave us ample time to take pictures and cherish the moment together! Definitely would recommend!
I enjoyed every second of our class. Our instructor, Bae, was amazing. She was patient with us and so encouraging. Did I mention she had skills! Would do it again and again.
Went to missfit academy for a group pole dancing class on my bachelorette party and had sooo much fun! We were all pretty nervous at first but Monique the freak made us all feel comfortable and was such a great instructor!! Highly recommend for bachelorette parties or bday parties for sure!

Miss Fit is the best place in Nashville for all your aerial needs. When I started here 4 years ago, I was not the go to the gym, treadmill, weight lifting sort of girl. But I came here and immediately felt welcome and home for my exercise needs. Everyone from the staff to the students are nice and welcoming. I have brought many friends who have gone on to get their own memberships because they fell in love with not only the art of aerial life but the life in the studio itself. I highly recommend checking out Miss Fit especially if you are like me and not into the gym scene.

We did the exotic chair dance class for my best friends bachelorette trip to Nashville. We had so much fun with Nadia our instructor. She knew how to teach us so that all of us would get he steps easliy. We also got to do a champagne toast after our class. Lots of fun and everyone in our group loved it!

My cousin decided to book a group class with a few girls for her 25th Birthday. We had a blast! The instructor was very friendly, the music was great, we had a great workout doing this. Will definitely recommend to others and eventually go back.
Our bachelorette group did the Floor Play class in April 2016. We had an absolute blast! It wasn't the least bit intimidating, even for the most novice dancers. We were laughing the whole time and just having fun. Thank you Miss Fit Academy!
Miss Fit Academy is one of a kind! My two experiences have been nothing but amazing and leaving me wanting more. The staff is beyond talented and fun and makes everyone feel sexy and confident. The facility is very clean with a very vibrant yet poised atmosphere for any group celebration or just a fun night out w a couple of friends. Nothing but great feedback from my group and I and all of us are ready to go back!
I visited for a Bachelorette party last weekend and it was so fun! We really did learn a lot and our instructor was a BOSS on the pole. I think I would like to continue learning pole dancing, it's a great and fun workout! I highly recommend if you are looking for a fun girls day in Nash-Vegas! :)

I would definitely recommend Miss Fit Academy for something away from the norm for a bachelorette party, but also just for the classes! I've taken advantage of their new student special and enjoyed the pole class as well as the chair class. Very empowering!
