Coach Briggs is great with kids. The gym is very welcoming of all levels and abilities.

My Daughter had her birthday party at the Grind today. All the kids had a Fantastic time. By the end of the party a lot of the parents joined in as well. Had blast!

Solid obstacles- very sturdy and well designed. Solid class- attention to the importance of a proper warm up, workout and cool down. Solid coaching- learned some new, important techniques for on the spot and continued improvement.

We had my son's 7th birthday party there and it was amazing! The signage outside isn't great right now, so it was kind of hard to find but that was the only drawback in a fantastic experience. Briggs ran our event and had the kids' attention the entire time. They were all into the physical challenges and everyone left exhausted and excited about what they had done! Great place!!!

Ninja night has great obstacles (which rotate and change for variety and a challenge) and a very nice/ helpful staff that has experience competing on ANW.

Great place to train for Ninja or OCR! They have many obstacles and can customize your workout for any level. My daughter loves their open gym time and mini comps!
