This place absolutely rocks! It has a special energy and I always walk out feeling more heavenly. The instructors are great, they seem very in tune with everyone in the room. This is my second home now and I look forward to every class they offer. I never come out of if feeling like I shouldn't have. Thank you so much Brooke and yogi gurus!

the early morning classes seem to be the best, most of the afternoon evening classes get over packed and its hard to focus without getting bumped into by your neighbor.

***Your information is incorrect. You had a special for 7 days $20 unlimited. I went everyday sometimes twice I assume that is to encurage new members. I enjoyed the week came back and paid for a month. After my 28 days I figured out that your studio environment is not my vibe.

I have been practicing for years and recently moved to Nashville from Michigan almost a year ago and heard so many great things about the studio. I had to see for my self and I felt right at home. I feel in LOVE with East Nashville Hot Yoga because of how great they push their students and help you along the way. Not only to keep your practice strong but your mind free of anything from before you walked in the door.I just took Brooke's Buti Yoga and it literally kicked my butt! Loved every minute of it and it was my first time trying something NEW which I highly recommend! :) If you haven't been, you probably should should. #investinyourself

Me and a few guy friends started doing the $5 Monday "Guys Night" 6PM class (foundations of flow -- not heated). We were pretty awkward at first but Kelly was super helpful and patient with us. She was very sweet and extremely instructional throughout the class to help the newbies like us learn all the basic poses. We eventually tried power flow in the hot room and found it was really rewarding. Definitely had to invest in a mat towel after my first hot class. Now we go regularly to all the regular classes in the hot room.

All the instructors are great. Very welcoming atmosphere. I've only been to a couple other studios but definitely dig the vibe at HYEN more than anywhere else.

I would definitely recommend scheduling your classes online through their website or using the Mindbody app. Also, get there early to find close street parking or you can park in the big lot across the street for free.

The facility is nice. The instructor we had was ok I guess; did not interact very much with the practitioners at all, no tips or personal instruction given. Did not get good vibes from most of the other people in the room; several put off an obvious stuck-up or "look at me" kind of feel. When my wife was politely scolded for drinking water and we were told to wait until the water break to drink water... I was done with this place. I have never, not even in basic training, been told not to drink water when the temp is 105 degrees. If someone passes out, I hope the instructor knows the proper first aid. Anyway, this just wasn't for us. We would have done the 30 min class, but the only one we could work into our schedule was the 1.5 hour class. I would suggest starting with the 30 min if you can. As I said, nice facility. I've had better instructors. Hot yoga isn't for everyone.

Love this studio and the instructors. I've been going long enough that I know which classes to avoid (because they are so crowded) and which instructors I prefer. Everyone has such a positive attitude and makes you want to keep improving your practice.

I love this studio. It does however get very busy from time to time. Be sure to go to the website under the "sign up" tab and pre-register for classes or they maybe full.

Spent all day trying to call them--they never answered--only to drive out to their facility at 6:00 and discover they had cancelled the evening class for that day. Thanks, assholes.

I started my yoga journey at Hot Yoga of East Nashville and they inspired me to stick with it.
