I love the variety and that no matter what, I always feel like I got a great workout. I love getting my exercise done in one hour and having someone design the workout for me. I also love that I can challenge myself but also go at my own pace and not be pressured to overdo it. I have NEVER been an exercise person, and OT is the first time in my life I've worked out consistently and have stuck with it on my own. Now that I'm in the habit, I depend on those workouts to help me feel good, sleep better, and am consistently losing weight without dieting.
