Really love this place and especially, Tay Sweat. He provides more than training - it's a comprehensive work out, diet and overall health plan. It's hard to be entertaining at 6am, but he manages to keep me laughing even thru hard times. Since beginning with him (after a friend and co-worker suggested) I feel better than I ever have and subsequently have made referrals myself. The environment is friendly, open, intimate and non-intimidating. I don't think we've ever repeated a work out in almost a year. There are all shapes, sizes and skills of people training there. If you aren't in to big gyms or trainers that don't listen (or practice what they preach) this is the place for you. All of the trainers at Impact are very nice and welcoming...
