I've been working with Ben and Paul for 10 years. Over that time, they've gotten me through a few surgeries and I've lost nearly 20 inches. They are amazing trainers, but more importantly, they are men of character. They will customize your workout to meet your goals wherever you are in life. The studio is small, comfortable, welcoming and well-equipped. I highly recommend!

Fantastic place ! You are not just a client number. You will find the team truly cares and has your best interest in mind. The workout plans are not one size fits all but are individualized.They are in it with you to help you succeed. The environment is so warm, welcoming and fun you breeze through your session moving along your path to your end goal.

Paul and Ben have become not just dear friends but life coaches in my diet and my fitness. I travel a lot and have to miss some. They give me so much flexibility with my schedule each week. I would recommend them to any busy person that wants some structure in workout and diet. You can pick one or both!!!

Great gym and even better trainers, I'd highly recommend it if you're looking for a smaller place with a friendly atmosphere.

This place keeps me moving forward and motivated! The staff is kind, professional, skilled and always fun. Nothing better than laughing and having a good time while you are working hard at taking care of yourself. Ben, Paul and Heather have all made me a better man, no doubt. I'm grateful that my mid-life crisis brought me back to Impact! They are the best.

Really love this place and especially, Tay Sweat. He provides more than training - it's a comprehensive work out, diet and overall health plan. It's hard to be entertaining at 6am, but he manages to keep me laughing even thru hard times. Since beginning with him (after a friend and co-worker suggested) I feel better than I ever have and subsequently have made referrals myself. The environment is friendly, open, intimate and non-intimidating. I don't think we've ever repeated a work out in almost a year. There are all shapes, sizes and skills of people training there. If you aren't in to big gyms or trainers that don't listen (or practice what they preach) this is the place for you. All of the trainers at Impact are very nice and welcoming...

Not only is going to Impact 3 mornings a week the absolute best way to jump start my day with energy (and plenty of laughs), but the overall experience has transformed my body and health. The trainers at Impact are welcoming, accommodating and supportive. Tay Sweat is amazing! He is so knowledgeable. Tay knows exactly the workout and diet plan I need that has transformed my body and has made it easy to sustain and keep improving. Not sure where I would have been if I didn't make the choice 10 months ago to join, but I know I wouldn't be this happy. Great community and awesome results. Hit them up, you wont be disappointed!

After training at the YMCA for over 15 years, I needed a change. My body needed to be challenged in new ways. Impact Fitness was exactly the answer. Ben provides total body core training and I've seen results like never before. Not only is the workout intense, I always enjoy talking and laughing with Ben. It's a great way to start my day. Thumbs up!!

The staff at Impact Fitness and Wellness have done a fantastic job of developing a sharp space in which to get fit. In addition, working with Ben to put together a program was simple. He quickly learned our goals, developed plans and has reliably given us diverse workouts. Being personally committed is of course important, but with Ben's help we've made real progress toward our goals. Thanks Ben!
