I am an active member of inner light yoga and have always loved their classes and teachers. Recently I got married and rented out the studio for my wedding morning yoga and could not have started my wedding day any better! Emmy and the team are so wonderful to work with and I could not recommend them enough. Shout out to Cece, Carla, Caroline and Abby, they are awesome :)

Cece did a noon class today and it was incredible. She is super kind and a great instructor. I feel so refreshed. So grateful for this neighborhood gem!
We booked a private yoga class at our Airbnb for my sister's bachelorette party and oh my gosh was it amazing. The booking process was totally painless. ILY was really responsive and communicative- a must when you're booking from far away. On the day itself, Emmy traveled to our place, brought mats and a speaker with a great playlist, and guided us through a beautiful flow that worked perfectly for everyone's varying skill level. Emmy's energy was golden; she was happy and energetic without being pushy or over-the-top. She catered the class to our bachelorette atmosphere while setting the stage for a really lovely weekend. We left the class feeling centered and present in the moment, and I truly believe it's what allowed us to have such a great weekend away celebrating the magic of sisterhood. In fact, it's because of Emmy that my sister is booking two yoga classes in the days before her wedding! Emmy you are a superstar and we absolutely loved you!!! You are light and peace and joy. We can't say enough good things about this studio and about Emmy. Love love LOVED it!!!

I stopped in for a 6AM class with Annie this morning. My first visit to ILY was awesome! Super welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The class was a TON of fun and appropriate for anyone with some experience. Highly recommend.

Innerlight is my favorite studio in Nashville! The enthusiasm is just great and all of the instructors are fabulous. I always leaving feeling like I got a fantastic workout and I always want to get back in the studio! My favorite place!
