I got a 60 minute massage plus dry brushing with Reagan. She was amazing! I haven't had many massages in the past but my expectations were exceeded. I came out feeling refreshed and two days later my muscles still feel relaxed. I would definitely recommend Be Simple!
Reagan has been my massage therapist for about 5 years now. Her touch is so intuitive and therapeutic. I love Be Simple, its simply a wonderfully relaxing space. She introduced me to Young Living Essential oils and they have become such a big part of my daily life as well as keeping up with my regular massages. I really love the Raindrop therapy treatment. It is a must try if you have not yet had one. I love her space in Brentwood, there are so many cute shops and the Juice Bar near by to make a healthy outing of the whole event. Already looking forward to my next one.
My daughter and I had a wonderful experience at Be Simple! The atmosphere was very soothing and made me more relaxed just walking in the door. My daughter had her very first massage ever with Adriana. She did a terrific job and made my daughter feel very comfortable and relaxed. I had an amazing reflexology massage with Reagan. The essential oils she used were very calming and the entire experience was great. We will definitely be back!

My visit on May 11 was no exception: she greatly relieved a shoulder and neck problem that had been bothering me for sometime and gave me advice on how to prevent it from reoccurring.

I can't remember a time that I didn't leave saying "this was exactly what I needed or the best yet". She's always studying or taking classes to understand the body mechanics more and offers a wide variety of services for mind and body recovery.

My first experience at Be Simple Massage and Yoga was excellent. I booked a prenatal massage with Raegan. She made me feel very comfortable and worked out some serious pain I'd been carrying around in my hips and lower back. Space was very clean and calm. I will definitely be back!
I was not pleased with the visit for a few reasons. I get the idea of simplicity, but this studio was almost cheap, and I do not feel like I got my money's worth at all. The website made it sound like such a peaceful place that offered complex options for massages. First, the massage was for 60 minutes and cost $80 which was overpriced to begin with, especially considering the quality, but I had to schedule on a whim, so I went with it. At the beginning of the massage, the lady (I believe it was Reagan) told me she usually focuses on one to two problem areas. If I'm paying $80 for an hour massage, I believe I should get my money's worth. Also, I was not asked what kind of massage I wanted, or how much pressure I would like, etc. that should usually be involved in a massage. Being that I am under a lot of stress a lot of the time and I have arthritis (which I mentioned), a full body massage would have been beneficial, as where just massaging my shoulders did next to nothing for me. Also, a massage should work out the tight areas in your muscles and leave you feeling relaxed, but I felt almost no different, as there was hardly any pressure applied so like I said, I basically paid $80 for someone to do to my shoulders what I could have had my boyfriend do with a handheld massaging tool. I am not the type to be rude and complain, and I don't feel comfortable asking for more than what is offered, plus I was exhausted and didn't feel like making a big deal, but I will definitely not be returning and I will make sure I do not recommend this massage studio in the future.
