Best place to do yoga! I don't have the "typical yoga body" that is slender and flexible without even trying, but this place doesn't even make you think twice about your size or skill. They offer so many beginning friendly classes, every teacher I've taken has offered modifications without judgment, and everyone is so welcoming. I've always heard "yoga is for every body" but this is the first place I've been to that really embodies that. If you're a newbie like me, check out this place! You'll fall in love with yoga and get the hype after just one visit here. Nashville is so lucky to have this place!

Fantastic studio with an authentic feel. Love the mid week early evening classes, and a great selection of workshops and seminars.

It took a lot of visiting "McYoga" studios to find this amazing gem in Nashville. So many positives, but let's start with the well-trained and friendly teachers. They take time to listen if you have injuries or concerns. Always provide modifications as needed. I've been to 5 different classes and haven't met one that is even average. Special shout out to Donna O, Aerin, Mysti, Raquel and Melissa.
Second, the offerings beyond yoga classes are wonderful. Looking for a grounded, well-rounded and open community? Looking to de-stress and nurture your soul? Look no further. Given the times we live in, this is a must for me.
Third, affordable with a variety of packages. Flexibility (literally and financially) is your friend.
Best studio in Nashville and highly recommended!!

Liberation Yoga offers the full expression of what a yoga practice truly looks like. A whole and holy mind, body and spirit practice in a warm, welcoming community of teachers and students. A place where I can nurture my soul with sound, dance, music, meditation and chanting practices, heal my body with wellness, acupuncture, restorative and yoga nidra practices, exercise my body with strong vinyasa and flow practices, and connect with my spirit and those who are present to guide me. In my opinion, Liberation is the best yoga studio in Nashville. Raquel (the owner) has assembled an amazing roster of teachers who teach yoga holistically: for the body, mind, and spirit. The studio is welcoming and cozy and full of joy and humor. I seriously love Liberation.

There's some spiritual aspects to the studio, but it's still mostly power yoga. You'll get a workout with a little bit of meditation before and after.

Came to Nashville for a girls trip and came to Adrian's 6am class. It was just right for each of us of all levels. They had really cute apparel and natural scrubs and oils. Wish we had a place like this closer to home!
