Good location. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Very good breakfast. Very comfortable room.
I had the best time with my sister and cousins. I chose this location because of the fireplace the seclusion and the overall peaceful location. Thw breakfast was amazing and I will be back soon!
Absolutely our best hotel experience in 2019! Laurie Hensley and ALL of the staff went over and beyond to make our 6 month stay enjoyable. The Wed nite meet and greet was one of the many ways their hospitality exceeded our expectations. Would Highly recommend!
We literally could have stayed here for a week - super comfy, has everything you need. Laundry on site (coin-op), pool, little fire pit with grills, close enough to Nashville but much cozier and quiet in Brentwood. Front desk staff were all extremely helpful and friendly! Pet friendly for our two pups, and plenty of places to walk them on the premesis.
We booked the largest room they offer and it had plenty of space for our family. Everything was super clean and the check in process and staff were very friendly. Originally we had a lower level room closer to a busy street so we asked for a more quiet area and they kindly accommodated. We loved our second floor room but be aware that like many Residence Inn's, there's no elevator (they are clear about this). We didn't try the breakfast as Nashville offered too many other tempting offers. A short drive to downtown Nashville or the Opry. When we stay outside of downtown in the future, we will return here.
Thank yous all around to the staff at the Brentwood TN Residence Inn - I had left a ring on the bathroom counter the day we checked out. I didn't realize the ring was missing until hours later. I called and spoke with Lorenzo (who provided excellent customer service) - long story short, Lorenzo spoke with the head of housekeeping who had my ring from the housekeeper that cleaned my room. Lorenzo called me back and offered to send me the ring since I was no longer in the area. Here it is less than a week later and I have my ring back already! The room was great and clean and all that - but the staff was exceptional at taking care of this guest who had a very specific problem...thank you so much!! You are #1!

If you need a hotel in Nashville, and are on a budget constraint, this location we'll fit the bill. It is a traditional Residence Inn, think small apartments not new style Hotel like accommodations. It is an older property but the rooms were clean and the staff was quite accommodating. My three star rating has nothing to do with the quality of the people or cleanliness of the room but more the location and the long-term guests that reside on the property full-time. As a business traveler I will know next time to look for a property that is not suited for long-term stays. I know it goes without saying that the Residence Inn is design for longer-term accommodations, it just seems like there were many people there living that had nothing to do better than smoke cigarettes at 7:30 in the morning outside of my room.

Very nice quite neighborhood. Convenient to the interstate, spacious room, soft comfortable bed, small kitchenette that really did the trick for a quick breakfast. I believe there is breakfast offered in the lobby as well
Well stocked kitchenette. Comfy bed. Pleasant, safe neighborhood. Very clean. Highly recommend!
This is a very nice place each unit has a kitchenette and good size. The stay comes with free breakfast which was very good. There is a lovely pool and bbq area. Close to lots of restaurants and good freeway access.

Staff was courteous, room was clean and very nice. Only issue we had was the tissue box was empty. Nice place to spend a night and catch some z's
The hotel was clean, the amenities were exactly as promised, and the staff was friendly. Our room was in the second floor and quiet. It's worth noting that there is no elevator and the stairs are external to the building. We only stayed one night, so it wasn't an issues for us. I would recommend the Residence Inn in Brentwood, especially if you would prefer a full kitchen.

Having a great stay here. The room is very clean, breakfast has been adequate. I certainly recommend if in the area!
All the associates have been great to deal with, but honestly this place isn't worth more than $140 per night. All the little thing that you expect from a Marroitt property aren't there. The outside is pretty well kept and my maintenance problems were dealt with quickly and efficiently. That being said, it needs some TLC on the rooms and the housekeeping needs to be better. Location feels safe and pool was nice. Breakfast was the usual fare and was satisfactory.

nice employees. pretty big rooms. convenient location
On a short work trip. Very nice suites; clean, comfortable, and in good condition. Mine had full size refrigerator / freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and stove, and stocked with dishes and silverware. Easy hookup from computer / chromecast to TV. Close to the highway, but quiet. Small tennis court and pool available. Breakfast was reasonable, hot foods needed seasoning but a standard selection. Free mixer nights with food and drinks!
Felt Like Home! The service at the front desk was exceptional. The free hot breakfast included many items not normally seen at other hotels, the stations were clean & kept well stocked, and the tables were wiped down right away. The room itself was very clean, large & roomy, with a comfortable bed. I would not hesitate to stay here in the future or recommend this to family/ friends.
The rooms were nice and spacious! The tennis court and basketball court were nice.
Breakfast and dinner we're both good!
Quiet, nice neighborhood!
Nice room we got the 2 room with kitchen. Breakfast is a nice perk. Only issues room was missing ceiling fan and bathroom sink a little slow to drain. Otherwise everything was great. Would definitely stay again.
Aging hotel with separate buildings. A little noisy as doors tend to slam and buildings all have parking lot exposure. Overall good value for cost and nice beds and pillows for a restful nights sleep.
My husband and I arrived after a 8 hour drive, and with our 4 kids. We were tired and just wanted to shower before we went to sleep. The water was ice cold no warm or hot water at all. The bed wasn't the best and very small pillows. We stayed in a two bedroom suite and the people above us were very loud and inconsiderate. We went to check out that same morning after checking in at 3am we checked out at 7:30 am and still got charged for a cold shower and no sleep! We had booked a 4 day weekend with them and left. It really started our trip off on the wrong foot.

Very nice place to stay, quiet location. Breakfast was good with a good variety of items.
Quiet and peaceful, near downtown Nashville. Cost $15.00 to Uber it downtown, very private feel. Definitely would go back again to stay while in Nashville.
Nice place and nice location. Good service and free snacks and drinks for happy hour. Also free breakfast included.
No surprises here. Room was quiet, clean, and spacious. Great location, convenient to I-65 and several restaurants.
The rooms are nice. The location was great. They allow dogs, which was very helpful to us.
I can't say enough about this property. Staff went out of thier way to help. Rooms were impeccable. The breakfast was the best I've had.
The room was nice and the breakfast was very tasty. We received very good service at check-in. The only problem we had that wasn't resolved was that we booked a room with a king size bed and got one with a queen size bed. Overall a decent stay.
Had a girls weekend. It was five of us and we had a ball and enjoyed our two bedroom suite with a let out couch. It had just the right amount of space for us.
It appears to be an apt complex that has been converted. Our room was nice but the air temperature was "clammy". Property was off the beaten path. No Hallmark channel. We stayed three nights. First one fine. Second and third a customer stayed above us and it was LOUD! We could here them walking around and the floors squeaked above us like we were in a really old house. It drove me nuts. Made it difficult to fall asleep.
The suite we booked was pretty awesome, though it had a couple of issues. The tp holder disconnected from the wall in one room. Bay doors one one of the bedrooms didnt hel the feeling of privacy. Otherwise, room was really nice. Staff was great too.
Clean, comfortable and very roomy. Location is not visible from highway or main road but is very quiet. Was about 30 min from downtown Nashville. Only stayed 1 night but would be a great room for an extended stay since it had good-sized kitchen and closets.
