I signed up for Adult gymnastics twice a week and open gym on Saturday. The staff are really nice and the place seemed clean. The only problem I had was being charged 100 dollars for the month of October when I do not even go to that class anymore. ( I had to go out of town for work.) They charged my card without my consent. Apparently, when you sign up it's supposed to be explained to you the charges are reoccurring. The receptionist told me I should have gotten an email stating my card would be charged, but I never received that email. I checked my spam folder and trash folder. I NEVER got an email stating I would be charged. If you are going to drop classes make sure to call. I don't think it's good business to charge people without their consent especially since I haven't even been to the gym in two weeks.
Wonderful place and wonderful people! My son loved going there in school breaks in Summer-2018 and Spring-2019 camps.
My kids LOVE it there! In a nice building with lots of different equipment. We don't go for lessons but I highly recommended the Preschool Play.
My 8-year old son began taking ninja warrior and parkour classes at NGTC when he was 5. While their former facility on Charlotte Pike was more convenient for us, the new facility is spacious and clean and seems to have more room for the elements he loves (like the warped wall). We have been pleased with the quality of instruction and the staff's communication and ability to relate to children of all aptitude levels. They were also flexible in letting us reschedule a day of camp when our son missed one due to illness. Our son has said he wishes he could go here every day before school to get some energy out.
Great atmosphere! Amazing staff that cares about the kids.

While the teachers at this facility are wonderful, the set up makes it challenging to keep a little one on track during the parent/child toddler/preschooler classes. During the early morning classes, there would often be other loud, large classes for older kids occurring simultaneously right next to where the little kids are, which for our toddler, was distracting. The open nature of the gym space was a bit tricky to corral an active toddler in as well. I think this facility would work best for older kids rather than toddlers/ preschoolers.
Most disorganized place during a competition. The building doesn't even have handicap parking. Very difficult to make it across a broken parking lot, uphill on crutches. It would be better if they were a lot more organized and made handicap parking.
