The instructors are incredible, both in terms of their martial arts skills, their ability to teach, and their holistic loving view on life. I've been practicing Jeet Kune Do and Filipino Martial Arts there for about half a year and it has been a challenging but very positive experience. I've heard others talk really positively about their kids class, Taekwondo, and Hapkido arts as well. Highly recommend!
It's a place like no other! The instructors are certified trainers that have trained Olympians and the community is very kind. It's a wonderful place to train.
Very unethical organization.
Their tae kwon do classes have been extremely helpful for our son to be more disciplined and focused. The instructors are great at demanding respect while making it fun.
My kid had a fantastic experience at KSA.
My family and I have trained under Master David Turnbull for years. Each year at camp and usually another time or two a year, we have the privilege to learn from his instructor, Master Kathy. Master Kathy knows how to motivate and get the most out of every student, including my boys who are autistic. Each time she teaches us she has a new lesson. Each time the lesson sticks. If you have the opportunity to learn from Master Kathy and her students, take it. You will surprise yourself, as she gets the best out of you.
We're relatively new to KSA, but my daughter and I are already huge fans. The instructors are thoughtful and patient, excellent at explaining the "why" behind what you're learning. It's an incredibly positive place that's dedicated to empowerment in all its forms. The lessons they teach there, both on and off the mat, are exactly what I want my daughter to be learning! I encourage anyone who might be interested to come check out a class!

Great school. Competent, experienced teachers with diverse backgrounds. Martial arts are made accessible to anyone, with an emphasis on the transformative power of practice which affects the rest of a student's life. Great support for parenting, growing up, and maintaining a practice throughout a lifetime.
