What a great group of people and great looking facilitates.

loved it. the trainers were great, on par, and very motivating during the classes, the locker rooms were great to have after workouts and wager to buy because I forgot mine. everything you can think of about this place is amazing a d i would love to go back soon

Shed fitness is top notch. The ever changing workouts and variety of trainers make sure you never get bored or have redundancy like a lot of group fitness classes. The staff is incredibly helpful, full of energy and ready to whip you into shape. Do yourself a favor and at least come give it a try. Ive worked out beside beginners and elite athletes and both are able to maximize their skill level and get a good workout in without feeling pressured to do more than they can handle. The staff is very helpful and encouraging and all make an effort to know who you are and what your needs will be.

Best workout in Nashville. I go twice and week. I'm not saying it's easy, just saying if you want results then sign up. Misty, Cody, Amzie, and Jody are all awesome!!!

Shed Fitness is a great community that encourages, motivates and gives you a feeling of belonging to something great! The staff are helpful and the trainers are phenomenal at pushing you to greater abilities than you thought possible! I highly recommend Shed Fitness if you are looking for a community that will hold you accountable to reach your goals.

Great workout every time.
Monday is Upper Body
Tuesday is Lower Body
Wednesday is Arms & Abs
Thursday is Shredder (fast-paced to keep your heart-rate up)
Friday/Saturday is Full Body
Sunday is Circuit (30 1 minute circuits)
All days include some cardio as well

Great team of trainers good old boys Derek Brown and Amzie Williams will take you to the promise Body Type, just ask for these two former Division 1 football Athletes. Brett Eldridge and Kip Moore use this and are so showing the affects. This is a Great Theme and Gym. See Amzie and Tell him Coach Scott Brescol a former National Championship Assistant Coach at Colorado 1990. I believe in Mr. Williams
