I absolutely love Sommer. She has been able to bring me out of a hard and dark place with the proper diet and supplements. I am completely a new person! Thank you Dr.

After 8 doctors and so many disappointments, it was such a relief to find Dr. White. She really cares. If you feel like your doctor could care less about helping you (and I think we all do) then you need to check out Dr. White, she's not going to give you a pill quick fix and send you on your way. She's going to get to the root of the issue. Vitality is an incredible resource for greater Nashville.

I had my first appointment and it was by far the best experience I've ever had with a dr. Dr. White actually listened to me and was very understanding! She gives a simple easy to follow plan but is not pushing in anyway and I did not feel that her opinion was forced on me as I have with other drs, and for the first time I was not told to take medication for my acid reflux, she actually wants to fix the problem. I definitely feel I'm on the right path to getting better and look forward to going back.

Dr. White is an amazing doctor, who knows how to explain everything to her patients. Her knowledge of functional and integrative medicine was astounding. The things that can be solved, just by changing your diet.
The office is cozy, comfortable, quiet, and clean. The staff is extremely helpful. There are books that we can check out, so that we can make healthier choices. It's truly amazing what they do at Vitality Wellness Center!
