Does no one ever answer the phone here or what? Trying to find details out about the gym. Called 5 times

I have been looking for a local gym to join and have visited pretty much all of them. MAC is fairly convenient so I signed up online for a trial membership. I never got a confirmation email but dropped by the gym this morning to get it sorted, take a tour. And maybe get in a short workout. When I get to MAC they show no record of my signing up for the free trial. Guy at the desk says no problem, the membership people will be here in 5 minutes. Waited 15 or so, not one person spoke to me and the guy at the desk disappeared. When I asked the girl behind the desk, who had been standing right there during the original exchange if the membership staff were in, she had no clue and was not helpful.
Lots of other places to work out that have helpful staff and their business in order.
Love working out here. They are friendly, lots of different equipment, large cardio theater, great basketball court. Open early and late.
So far so good. I was on a trial membership and just joined. They have all the equipment I want so I am happy. I have seen so many bad reviews about this place over charging you or not allowing you to cancel. So far I have not had an issue. I am happy I joined. So far. MAC don't let me down! The sauna has been down for over a week I noticed. Other then that the facility is spacious, has good equipment and is a good over all environment
Huge facility, has a wide range of options with machines, free weights, a basketball court, cross fit equipment, several cardio areas, etc. I have been to other gyms and worked at one in the past and this is one of the good ones. The prices are reasonable, the staff is excellent, and the gym atmosphere is not as intimidating as the national brand in town. When I had an issue with my gym membership the manager was very understanding and worked with me to resolve the issue confidentially. When I have my son with me, the childcare is also excellent! If I could add one thing it would be a steam room (they do have a sauna in the locker room). Nevertheless 5 stars.
Group classes are my favorite, followed by the cardio theatre to get some solo cardio with a good movie. Check out Body Pump with Christie, Greg, and Sal!!!
Love this gym! Love the staff! Love the classes! And the kids and I Love the child care!!
I'm sorry but this is ridiculous. All the members are talking about this problem and no one wants to fix it.
The A/C COOLING HAS BEEN OUT FOR 2.5 WEEKS IN THE MIDDLE OF JUNE! UNACCEPTABLE - it's 85 in the building.
The worst part is staff and management keep saying "it'll be fixed in a few days". They even took the sign that it is being fixed away.
$10 a month gyms have A/C .. MAC can't?
P.s - The gym is great don't get me wrong, nicest one ive been to in Murfreesboro. But until this is resolved it's too much to even exercise. Will change review upon changes made

The facility looks good. Not too crowded and great personal trainers but the office/ billing seems very unorganized. I would not recommend this gym

Over priced, horrible corporate business! Canceled membership and the lady on the phone never mentioned anything about having to go to the place to get a letter signed to be able to cancel! So not only was my membership continued to be charged! I was hit with a late fee and had to be charged another quarter (3 months). Not the way to do business!

The MAC staff, trainers, group fitness instructors are the best in the state and our facility is second to none. This place has the best music I've heard at any gym, hands down. The trainers there aren't obnoxious and don't go around trying to get your business while you're working out. The staff up front always seem like they want to be there. 10/10.

Not overly crowded even at peak times there is always access to cardio. Theatre cardio has really helped me stay on track as I get sick of feeling like a hamster
At least watching a movie, I can sweat, burn some calories and pay no attention to the fact I'm actually getting a workout.
Super fun group fitness classes with friendly trainors. Makes working out fun so you keep coming back. Fair pricing for all the amenities. Love this gym.
They make it impossible to cancel even after you fulfill your contract. Make you give a 30 day notice in person only to cancel. If you don't go in person they will extort you out of money!
