I've gone for a short period of time, and will not longer be able to go because I have to move, but this group of women have been great workout partners. The owners are respectful, kind, and high-energy! The studio is beautiful, and clean, and beyond that you're always in a highly encouraging, positive atmosphere. If I find myself back in the Murfreesboro area, I will definitely be purchasing another membership!
