Honestly the most solid one I have been to. Wish it had a scale but that's cool. The racks in the back are great and everything is neat and organized and really looks nice and compact. I used to go to the one in Lebanon but 8m a student so this is my new #1
Good location. Great selection of machines and free weights. The work out studio offers a ton of options and can fit any type of workout you are looking for. Facility is always clean and the staff is friendly. Love going during off hours when there are little to no others working out

The gym is very organized and CLEAN!!! the ownership is super friendly and very helpful!
As a fitness blue member, I usually encounter a lot of paperwork and talking to manager after manager to get my nembership set up. However, this has been my smoothest transaction in any gym of the Nashville and surrounding area. The manager/owner was friendly and she went above and beyond to take care of my membership. The facility is modern and immaculate. I highly recommend this gym.

All I can say is wow, the gym looks incredible, top of the line equipment and enough open space to do bodyweight exercises. I'm a introvert so I'm attracted to gyms that doesn't draw the mainstream crowd, so this gym is perfect for me. Also the area surrounding the gym is nice, especially the open area outside
