A truly great experience overall. Trainers are very knowledgeable, personable and attentive to individual needs and goals. Love the small group environment and nutritional tips provided. I've gotten great results, not only in my body shape and size but overall heath. Highly recommend the Ufit family!

The team at UFIT is great. You get a great workout, nutritional counseling and all the support you could ask for. Sio is an outstanding trainer!! She gives you high energy, encouragement and lots of sore muscles!! I have gotten tremendously stronger since i have started working out at UFIT and I feel much better, I have better energy and I think I look better too.

The team at UFIT are amazing. I've seen diabetics, athletes, senior citizens all working here. The programs are individualized for each person. Nothing intimidating here.
