I came in for the muscle stimulation and back facial. My technician was calming and explained the details of the service. I enjoyed all the steps of the treatment - scrub, mask, cleansing toner. One of the best relaxing moments. Plus, I love that the location is peaceful....not lots of activity. You can really get into your zen senses.

I read the review above and I just cannot disagree more. I signed up with NAT Yoga in August when they moved to the new location and I absolutely love it. There are many different classes to choose from, and the 30 minute times make it easy to fit into my day. (If you were looking for a hardcore workout, obviously a yoga studio isn't where you go.) The 30 minute meditation, Yin, and Restorative classes are definitely enough time to feel a good stretch and get into a good mindset. I always work up a sweat in my 30 minute Power Yoga classes, and Circuit Training absolutely kicks my butt (I cannot even imagine doing longer than 30 minutes of one!)
One of my favorite things is the size of the studio. Often, I'm the only one in class which makes it great for one-on-one teaching. The teachers are there to help me get into pose and modify as needed. Even when a couple students are in the class with me, the small class sizes makes it less intimidating and ensures the teacher can assist each student if needed. The strict rule about class times is great, because I know exactly when class will start and end, so I can plan my day around it if needed. There's a 30 minute window prior to class to cancel without any fees (which makes sure a student doesn't waste the teacher's time! Totally understandable!)
The membership package is well priced, and since I can attend unlimited classes, I feel I definitely get my money's worth. You do sign a contract that states there is a fee to sign up, it states your monthly fee, and the fee for discontinuing your membership. Everything is stated on paper, so no surprises.
Overall, I am very happy with this studio and am glad its right down the road from me. Careasa, the owner, is an awesome lady and strives to provide awesome service to her students!

I love NAT Yoga and am so happy I found their studio. I never would have stuck with yoga in a big class. The private instruction has made all the difference in my comfort and commitment. I have even done the group class - which was only three people! Their schedule works wonderfully with mine. I am 6 months in and have seen wonderful improvement in my strength and flexibility. I would highly recommend NAT Yoga to anyone.

I love this place! I was so excited when my husband found it and purchased a package for my birthday. With my crazy schedule the package bundles work best for me. I enjoy the intimacy of the small classes. I plan to do more circuit training and I appreciated how the owner Careasa made note to moderate my exercises due to my back issues. I have tried just about all the classes and cannot say what class I do not like. I enjoy the Tai Chi and Restorative Yoga the most. The products are great as well. The alkaline water is wonderful, the gluten free snacks taste great ( and I do not strictly eat gluten), and the juice cleanse was great! I did the 24hr juice cleanse and I lost about 5lbs. I definitely felt lighter and my stomach needed the break. It was a good kick start for my workout plan. Careasa explained the process thoroughly as she does all of her services and products. She even had a mixer where I networked with some really nice and interesting people. She and her staff are kind and professional. They make you feel at home.
