My husband and I have been going here for a year and a half now and we can say this gym is the best so far among all the gyms we've been to. Their workouts are consistent and effective, instructors are very informative and would not hesitate to help you with anything you need improvement on (never intimidating), plus they always keep their area sanitary at all times. We get the best quality workout and more for the price we paid. We couldn't ask for more. And most importantly we're comfortable with the owners. They are very nice and would treat you like family. Give this place a try! UFC GYM Murfreesboro won't disappoint.

Very happy with my membership here. The owner is very knowledgeable of martial arts, and is able to work with you even if you know nothing. I have focused on the boxing workouts there, and have seen amazing results in weight loss and athleticism. The gym itself is clean, and well suited to a workout. I would strongly recommend this gym, or at least getting a free session to see if it fits your goals.

Also offer a free first visit so you can try out all the classes on "said"day!
If your not sure just pop in and see what's going on, they're not pushy and also offer 5 day cards if memberships don't interest you!
The environment here has very positive energy. With the classes, working out actually seems fun and encouraging. From the octagon, to the bags, to the free information regarding whatever question you may have at your disposal, I love it here. Not the cheapest, but would recommend to anyone that can afford.

I learn new things every time I go. Don't be intimidated! I'll admit it may seem intimidating but there are all levels in this place. From people just wanting to mix up their workouts, people just starting their fitness journey, and all the way to competitive fighters. I've been a dancer and swimmer my whole life and now I'm finding that mma is right up there with the other two!

All of the trainers are wonderful and so willing to help you. It truly isn't like any other gym, it is like a family. We are there for one another, we help one another, and we cheer for one another. I wouldn't trade my UFC experience for anything!

Never going to another gym again! UFC is the best place to go. The trainers are always there for you, they push you to be your best, and the classes are amazing! I recommended to all my friends.

This is the first time I've ever been committed to a gym! I'm still a paying member of 2 other gyms I never go to...1 is the $10 a month deal and I've only been there a handful of times in 3 years. I've already been to UFC 3xs a week every week the past 4-5 months. It's just that awesome. Each coach pushes and motivates you and makes you reach new levels each and every class. I'm never bored, everyone is friendly and motivating, and I am always glad I came---though it's sometimes hard to remember that during the workout! The classes are tough, but so worth it. You'll love the challenge and it's worth every single penny. The coaches are like having your own personal trainer...you don't get lost in the crowd and each one is knowledgeable and approachable. The gym is clean, upbeat, comfortable. I love it!
