As a first timer to CrossFit, I was a little intimidated by the Olympic movements and general difficulty of the workouts. The staff at Pro Vita have been amazing at coaching beginners (and veterans) and making everything approachable. They have cultivated a very laid back, yet fun, competitive, and friendly culture among the members. I highly recommend this gym as the hands-down best in Nashville.

Clean gym, great crossfit and weightlifting instruction, knowledgeable staff, welcoming group, fitness instruction accessible to everyone. Come here to get healthy and strong. PR'd my clean with help from Kate and Jesse after being here only two days.
