I came to Next Level Fitness with the goal of just getting healthier. I have never stepped into a gym before (at least to work out) and gym intimidation really prevented me from even trying. As a new year resolution, I was determined to get fit and learn how to work out. I stopped by and talked with Jack, and decided to sign up for my first few sessions.
Fast Forward 3 months later, I have an arsenal of workout that I can sustainably do on my own. Jack really helped me overcome the gym intimidation and taught me proper technique such that I wouldn't hurt myself. Furthermore, a good trainer is one that can push you but also know your limits, and Jack knew mine. Now, I'm healthier 20lbs lighter, addicted to fitness, and not turning back!!!!
