In the past, I have fallen in and out of a personal exercise plan and seldom push as hard as in a group class. Planning workouts is yet another task to be done, that while sometimes fun, is often just that...something else that must be done. I like being able to show up, be told what to do, do the work, know I'm getting a great workout, and then leaving. At Title, I leave my ego at the door and come in to work like everyone else, competing only with myself. My only thoughts are being in the moment, putting in maximum effort, not stopping until the bell, and exercising safely so I can come back the next day (or two). The instructors are all positive, encouraging, and motivating with never a "Suck it up, cupcake" attitude. I already have one friend who visits from out of town periodically, and he always requests getting in at least one class at Title!
