Great pickleball courts!
The Racquet Club is very beautiful and we recently had our rehearsal dinner there. The room was beautiful, the service the night of was excellent, and the food was delicious.
All the positive parts of our experience stop there. Dealing with the management team for this event has been awful. Very unprofessional. We scheduled meetings with the event directors twice to go over plans. We had come from out of town for these meetings. Both meetings we were stood up, and never received an apology.
Do not bother leaving a voicemail for anyone. You will never get a phone call in return.
If I have a question, then I get bounced around from one person to the next. No one can ever seem to answer it.
We asked for an invoice for months ahead of our event, and we received it the DAY BEFORE IT WAS DUE. Absolutely ridiculous.
The location is great, the food and service during the event was wonderful. But it has been an absolute headache dealing with the management and event staff since day one.
