I had an amazing experience at such a cheap price!!! I took a morning Vinyasa class with Leila Marten, and it was nicely challenging yet still very relaxing. There were no mirrors in studio B, but this somewhat allowed me to focus more on my movements than on looking perfect. The class was small but not too small. It can get a little hot, but this did not detract from my experience. I will definitely be coming back. Again, the value you get for the low class fee is more than worth it!

This studio is full of love. The best instructors in the city are located at Midtown Yoga. The atmosphere is very calm. One can gain more than ever expected from this studio. It is a very special place. I am so blessed to have discovered it.

Midtown yoga is the most impressive studio I have found in Memphis. From the experienced teachers to the programs offered and the comfort it brings to any practitioner no matter the level. This place caters to the true meaning of yoga!
