The staff were so accommodating! I lost one of my new wireless earbuds running on a treadmill. They lifted every treadmill around the area where I lost it and finally helped find it for me!

I just had this conversation with a friend when I told her I had joined. She asked me how it was. I told her it was great. Everything is clean; there's always someone walking around wiping down equipment. Everybody minds their own business. Everyone is busy. They have lots of machines and little wait time when I've been there. When you need help, you just ask one of the staff and they're responsive and helpful. All in all, I'm very happy that I've joined.

Went to the gym got it in. Body on point been staying in shape and getting focused so if you need a clean environment to do so feel free to come to planet fitness and this is one of my best location. You need to work out in peace and not be body shamed or shy this is the place to do so.

I go to the one on Poplar avenue in midtown, Memphis, Tennessee. Wonderful place, very friendly staff. Always clean. Love the new equipment.

This location is very quiet and clean. They have plenty of equipment and the staff is friendly.

Great PF location! The employees are all so nice!! The showers are huge, and the entire gym is very clean and was never too crowded.

Lockers are filthy. Not just the piles of dirt in the corners but, dirt smudges on the interior walls. Do they even wipe them down once a year?
Equipment (specifically the sationary bikes) ALWAYS broken. Staff says they get a lot of use but, for some reason Planet Fitness lrefuses to keep up with daily maintenence, even though they know the equipment is reported EVERY WEEK, and instead waits for members to report problems.
Over all the place is pretty dirty.
Seriously considering cancelling membership afetr 4yrs. It's cheap but, i can get hassled and aggrevated for free, I don't need to pay for it.

A fairly basic facility. Clean. Good assortment of equipment. Like all Planet Fitness locations, overall a pretty good value for the price.
The showers are the largest I've every seen at any location. Double soft rain shower heads. And just a whole lot of room in the stall. Not cramped like so many can be, especially if you're a larger person.
This place is a bit smaller than most locations. The locker room is small too, and only has a handful of the full length lockers. So if you're coming in with a winter coat, business suit, etc, you may not have a place to hang it up when you change out.
Also one of the three showers was out of service on this visit.

This place is clean and the staff seemed friendly, I applauded you on your huge showers with double rain heads. But why do the shower curtains have a sheer strip of fabric running across the top?!?! Showering at public places is never that much fun, but having people be able to look in while you're at your most vulnerable and see everything is quite disturbing. Change your shower curtains!!

WARNING DO NOT SIGN UP AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They told me they could not find my account a year ago, one month after I registered with them and said I had the option of rewriting my contract or leaving without one. One year later I get a bill of $174 saying I owe them for a membership I was told didn't exist. I was never able to use the membership being that I was told I didn't have one! The manager Megan Gragg is the person who told me she couldn't pull up anything for me but is now saying it's nothing she can do. Rip off! There was a staff there last week who said it happened to another customer and they had to rewrite his contract. So if I didn't have an account last year how is it I have one this year? Who rewrote my contract? I was never even given a card to enter the gym. I had to sign in the two times I was able to go before my contract mysteriously disappeared. The only thing they could say is that I have the option to pay half! Why would I pay half for something I never got the chance to use! Total rip off!
