My daughter has been taking Kids' Hoop classes with CoMotion for a few seasons now. We've also made good use of the studio's kids' nights out and holiday-themed parents' day out events (kids and parents LOVE both of these so much!). Adrienne and Chloe are so good at what they do, and they're even better at sharing their love of hooping with everyone in our community, and my daughter has really benefited. She's picked up a lot of skills and the classes are not only good exercise, they give her a place where she can be totally creative with herself and her movement.

Beautiful venue for dancing, yoga, hula-hooping and painting! These ladies are a joy to work with and you could not ask for a better location or classes!

I fell in love with hooping during my first class here taught by Adriene. All of the instructors are great, I love this place!

It says on here they're open from 5 to 7 and the website says they're not open on Tuesday. This really needs to be fixed.
