I love this place. Been going since it opened. I went from being 300 lbs to holding steady at 200. Great staff and plenty of equipment

Facility is really clean, convenient in my neighborhood and open 24 hours which mean i can workout anytime I want. Just join and I love it, I workout before I go to work.

I love the pleasant atmosphere!!! Never a heavy crowd, there's enough equipment!! Everyone is so nice and helpful!! Everybody is there for different reasons but doing the thing, getting healthy!!!

It is a clean quiet enviroment which has become a #1 staple in the community. The PF gym is a great place to begin a more healthy & active life style. The customer service is A1 & the employees work hard to maintain its excellence.

I haven't had any problems with this location. The times that I go there are not many people there and there are many machines you can use. If a machine is broken usually it is up and running the same week. There is no loud music or dropping of weights. It's a good, clean, quiet workout environment. The front desk is happy to help you if you have any issues.

I really do enjoy planet fitness so far. The personal training segment is great. The price is great. The access to locations are great. The atmosphere is great. I guess this place is great great great.

I really like it and we asked for a tour and they said yes and we really liked she was graet at explaining equipments and giving full details. This place also has a relaxation zone:)

Maya was super sweet and helpful as she gave us a tour and explained all the great stuff about Planet Fitness! The location is really nice and well cleaned and maintained.
They have a multitude of work out equipment and the atmosphere is laid back and pleasant. They also have a 30 minute workout area for an express workout that hits every area of your body.

I have worked out of planet fitness gyms in Memphis and throughout the east coast...this is the very best franchise! It is always spotless!

The 24hrs is great for me. I come in in the wee hours so I can get a machine and some peace. Evenings are chaotic. People everywhere. The things that I dislike the most is when something is out of order, it takes forever for them to repair and it's the machines I like the most. Ugh!! The amount of TVs awesome but, who wantsto watch news all the time, too much drama. I've reached out to the comment line and asked for sports. I was told that's something they have no control over. Ugh!! I have been a member for 2yrs and I'm about to tap out. I believe you get what you pay for and if it's my money I'll pay for what I need. Peace of mind. #priceless

I cancelled my membership at the Whitehaven location. Within a few months I decided I made a mistake so now I am returning. The place is so nice and clean. I am commenting on this location because I called before and spoke to a rude staff member. I called today in regards to the Enhancement Body Treatment and spoke to Tabitha she was patient, pleasant and helpful. Thank you Tabitha and keep up the good work.

If I could put 0 stars I would. Im not from Memphis and I made a membership online to the wrong location (midtown). I went in to this location and told the guy I picked the wrong gym location if I could work out here until 30days is up when I can change it. He said yes. I continued to go to this location for about 2 weeks. The next month I go in and the manager says I can't work out there anymore. After I explained the situation she said she doesn't care theres nothing she can do. The manager had short twist in her hair. She was very rude! Terrible customer service. I don't even want the damn membership anymore, especially if I can't use it!!!!!

I joined 2 weeks ago and I have enjoyed going 4 times a week. Clean and uncluttered . However, the staff is not very welcoming. They hardly ever greet customers and will only help if asked. Positivity and bright smiling faces will only improve membership and usage!

My account was frozen because I have two jobs didn't know when I could exercise. They took money out of my bank anyway an wouldn't refund it back to me. Said there's nothing they could do.....BS They lost a customer because a staff member didn't know what the hell he was doing. Give people the right info. Make sure that they are trained properly. I haven't exercised not one day an paid 42.61 that place sucks

I try calling up there to see how the membership work. They was so rude kept putting me on hold , handing up in my face , and talking crazy when they do get on the phone .
