An absolutely gorgeous studio with the friendliest staff. Downtown Yoga has become something I look forward to daily and has changed my mind and body for the better.

My sister and I attended a class taught by Cassie. The staff was very friendly and the facility was beautiful. The class lasted about an hour . It was our first time in a yoga class and everyone was welcoming. The classes are small but very enjoyable. Will definitely be returning! It was a wonderful experience.
