Very unsanitary gym! With everything thats going on now a days with the virus, I would not feel safe exercising there. Never seen the owner clean or disinfect.

Very small gym and limited equipment. Good for beginners, but experienced lifters and those who go at peak times will be disappointed.

Great place to workout. Great and helpful staff. Place is clean and well equipped for the experience and beginners.

Very friendly trainers, very accepting environment, feels safe, always clean, wheelchair accessible in the front, they recycle, prices totally reasonable for what you're getting.

I love working out here it's 24 hours access to the gym. I have plenty of equipment and the trainers and management are very friendly as well!

Open 24/7 ... Great location right next to where I lived in the downtown area , and I loved how it was not overcrowded with people. They don't have a big gym so the selection is not as big as some other gyms, but they have what you need. There is no sauna or steam room - that is a few things that would take this rating from a 4 to a 5.

I loved being a member of Energy Fitness 24/7 while I was living in Johnson City, TN. It was never over crowded, the staff is always courteous and helpful and it is very clean.

For the year I spent in Johnson City this is the only gym I will ever enjoyed being a member of. It's not a dark dungeon or a cardio paradise like Planet Fitness. It's got everything you need to meet your goals, free weights, machines, cardio, and a staff full of knowledgeable motivating trainers. The best part, it's open 24/7. Be there when you want to be, no rush to get there before the doors lock.
