I enjoyed working out in a group setting. I am glad that I got out of my comfort zone and gave it a try. Some exercises were challenging but I conquered them thanks to the help of the Amazing personal trainers who explained them in detail and made sure I was doing it correctly Jordan my assigned personal trainer was always so encouraging and helpful!
