Great staff, friendly and knowledgeable. Facility is very clean, private showers, and not to crowded.

Erik Bailey does a great job with setting up my training each week. He has also helped transititiin my diet since I have hit my goal weight. I highly recommend him.

I joined AF a few months ago and and absolutely love it! It is the cleanest gym I have ever been to. It's open 24 hours so I have no excuses, even with my busy schedule. I met with a few trainers (who were so kind and motivational) at the beginning to get me on track. Now I have the confidence to go in and bust out a great workout! And the staff...they are awesome! Emily is the best!!

The staff turnover is horrible. My key fob was blocked due to my son's account, which had nothing to do with my account. We had separate contracts. I was forced to pay for his account even though he had cancelled before going back to college to get my fob reset. The guy helping never introduced himself and didn't do so until I asked who he was and where was the manager. I wish these owners understood that it's more about the relationship with your members and not about members being a number or $$.

I was charged an extra $90 for two months of no use after I left for college. Although I cancelled a few days after my monthly charge, I still had to pay for an extra month because of a 30-day written notice requirement, then I had to pay ANOTHER month's fee because of the same written notice clause. I blame myself partly for this because I did not read the fine print well enough.
They charge a $20 fee to active your key fob. Also, the owner left a 5-star review of their own gym. Yikes. Do yourself a favor, avoid this gym, and maybe you won't spend $280 to use a gym for three months like I did.

They will make it extremely difficult for you to get out of your contract when it comes up for renewal by not responding to emails/phone calls, and making you jump through hoops once you finally get someone to respond.
Also, one of the 5 star reviews on this page is the owner posing as a satisfied customer. Makes you wonder about the others.

What a joke their prices are higher then Prairie Life Fitness which has full bar full, Olympic pool, including an indoor track.

I come here twice a week right after work. The equipment is always clean and the staff is welcoming and helpful. Because of the great environment, it helps me feel motivated to keep working hard!
