First time there today and i love it will be going back clean and friendly place
Got a session for a friend, and they loved the sauna! Went back to buy a membership but they were closed even though the website listed open. Waited over an hour but no one returned.
40 minute hot sauna, 10 minute cold room, and shower. Very clean facility and nice staff. Plan to go back soon.
This place not only gives your body great health benifits, it also helps you relax. If you're new to Chattanooga our just passing through its a cool space to spend an hour in.

Quite the letdown. My main complaint is that the cold plunge pool was closed, and they didn't really explain why. You're supposed to get 30 minutes in the sauna and 15 minutes in the plunge pool. They didn't offer a discount even though I couldn't use the plunge pool. It didn't feel very clean. Laundry was piled up, and I was there as soon as they opened. They were out of soap in the shower. The shower mat was visibly dirty. They don't have you shower before entry into the sauna. The staff was friendly, but not very professional. The sauna did get hot enough to make me sweat. It's a great idea, but it's not managed well. If half of your service is not available, you should offer some sort of concession to the customer. It's very expensive for the quality of the service. You can purchase the same two person infrared sauna on Amazon for $1000. They charge $150/month for unlimited visits. The math doesn't work out, unless your service is impeccable, of which it was far from.

Infrared Sauna pods in your own private room! What a fabulous way to detox and relax simultaneously. This sauna studio has a really clean, trendy, rustic chic vibe-inspired by the Scandinavian origins of the sauna concept. There's also a cold room & a shower room as well. I bought a 3 pass for $55. Staff is incredibly sweet and helpful. I recommend bringing in your own earbuds/music until they install the music system, which prob will be soon. They just opened last week. Highly recommend the new Sisu Sauna Studio!!!!!

We had 30min sweat session Friday after work, very relaxing and enjoyable experience. Accommodating and fun staff. Looking forward to next session, sweat and massage! ;-)
I have fallen in love with this place! I did the whole30 challenge in January, and I came here to help further my detox. It was such a nice addition to my whole30 experience! The staff has been so friendly each time I've been in!
