These guys try to rob more money even-though we Sign contract on a month to month. I gave 30 day notice still they are charging money on my card.

Stay away from this gym!!! This is Alan Sehr. I am filing a complaint against pure fitness. They are trying to get payment from me for no reason. I was a member with Tryon the business they bought out while I was there. I full filled my 2year contract with Tryon and was on month to month basis. I called to cancel my membership when it was pure fitness and the staff would not let me unless I could be there Monday through Friday 8 to 5 and fill out their paperwork. I worked 8 to 5 and was not going to take off work because I owed them nothing at that point. The $260 they are trying to collect is a bogus number. I have been harassed by them for a long time and will be posting this to leave a negative review on their Google reviews and facebook reviews. I feel like they owe me $260 for hasseling me at this point.

24/7 is great and they have good machines, also people who go there are really cool.

Everytime I hear anything from this place they are either insulting other gyms or their trainers. It gets old very quick. They claim they are into "fitness" but then just try to cyber bully other trainers/gyms. Hopefully there locations are more professional then their online presence.
