Farrell's is always an intense work out! I work out in the morning and it sets me up for success all day - I have more energy, I eat better, and I drink more water than days I don't work out. The work outs are great, you rotate between kickboxing days and resistance band days and no matter what work out it is, you are consistently challenged. I love the variety between density sets, iso days, and Fun Fridays... it never feels repetitive. From the moment you start Farrell's 10 Week Challenge you are set up for success with a coach - to help both in the work outs, with your nutrition, and holding you accountable.
