Great variety of machines. For black card members they offer massage chairs, hydro massage beds, and tanning beds. Staff is for the most part courteous. Sometimes it is hard to get a staff member up front and sometimes they don't answer their phones during business hours.

Love this place my personal trainer showed me many different ways to meet my fitness goals and outlined a program, I'm feeling great and we'll on my way to achieving my goals! Would highly recommend PF to anyone and thanks a million Nancy!!!

Really nice gym with all the amenities. I have been to planet fitness gyms across the country and this one is definitely in the top in terms of cleanliness staff friendliness and equipment selection. The Rowing machines are a big plus for me as a majority don't seem to have these. Also several of each machine so you're rarely waiting for a machine.

Clean, nice staff, it's a bigger gym so you aren't bumping into people. They offer a lot of free classes and amenities as well. Best price. :) Won't add photos, because I respect people's privacy.

I got my black card almost two months ago and i haven't really had any issues!!! Most of their staff always greets me when i walk in its always clean. I just wish that were 24 hours on weekends. I come everyday and weekends are sooo hard for me. I'm so happy that I signed up!!!

Nice and clean, machine weights arranged nicely. Friendly staff greeted me as I checked in, and directed me to mens locker room. I also like the new design.

Staff is super friendly. Can be a little crowded at times. Machines are great. Tanning and gym for 20 a month is an amazing deal.

I guess the only thing I don't understand about this gym is why they offer bagels and free pizza every other week or something along those lines. other than that... the staff were really friendly and very helpful it's the best place to go to for the value $10 a month you get a lot of bang for your buck.

Going there because my other gym temps are too high in the summer time but seems like some days it gets way to hot here as well, I guess depends who is ruinning the place!

It was a great experience and I was able to get a good workout and I got the black card membership so I can go to any planet fitness and it helps me out with me being a truck driver and the staff member was great with showing me around the facility

Moved from Sioux falls to rapid and forgot how small this one is compared to Sioux falls planet fitness and also others I been to but it's understandable because it's in the mall so they didn't have much space to begin with. I love their machines and their locker rooms look clean and new. I love their 30 min course and massage beds. Tanning is a plus as well.

I love it! Stuff is wonderful, sometimes you can see them training;) everything is clean, nice organized yes there are no free weight bars- but you can use barbells instead or work in different machines. Highly recommended

Was nice but got fed up with the alarm going off everytime I picked up a 25 lb weight... Seriously everybody stares at you because the alarm goes off....ridiculous

When they say "no judgement zone" they mean exactly that. There are no stairs or snickers and I an just a wiggly gal trying to get in shape after 2 kids and along time house wife. But scene there is so paid back and they will help any way they can. With my membership I have unlimited tanning, water bed massages and shiautzu chair massages and its not that much more. It cost me 14.50 to start working out that day because they prorated the month since I used my card and it is automaticly deducted so I do not have to worry about embarrassment paying late fees. Great place for nice novice or expert alike.

Really like the 30min workout area step up. Lot of tredmills. Very clean. The place does get a lot of use. Very affordable, with a $15 month to month option.

They are as advertised: a judgement free zone with great workout equipment. I've only been there three times do far in the last couple weeks but am planning on stopping by again today after work. Probably the only person to be excited about working out in the history of ever.

I really enjoy Planet Fitness. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are plenty of machines and I have never had to wait to use what I came to use.

There is a massage water bed, free tanning, no spray tan, massage chairs, a work out both thing that is neat and all the weights and work out equipment you could imagine. Open almost 24hrs a day except the weekends. There are locker rooms and showers.

Joined planet fitness last year. It's a great place to workout. The gym equipment is well arranged and the atmosphere is really good. The cost is much less when compared to other places. The staff is friendly and ready to help when needed. They provide one to one guidance as well. The place is top class and would be recommended for anyone who wants to be part of a great gym.

I love how the staff greet you every time you come in and when you leave. They keep the place very clean and ready to use. Lots of variety for weight and cardio machines. They definitely need another location because the current location on 41st can be very busy during peak hours (after people get off work). Always a great experience when I go!

Friendly staff, super affordable . Convenient because of hours of business. My husband travels and can usually find a club near where he's working out of town. The staff has always been very friendly.
