Products are great and the customer service is good when you are in the store and they want you to spend money there, but if you have an issue the customer service sucks. I paid over $300 for a product and when I arrived home, the box was empty. When I first realized it, I called and an employee apologized and said a manager would be in touch shortly. After no one called back, I attempted to call the store multiple times over several days and there was never an answer...emailed the store and no response. ..so I called the 800 number customer service and they got in touch with the magager who then finally returned my call, said he would ship it to me because I do not live in Sioux Falls and would text me a tracking number. No text, no package, and again no one answers when I call the store. Back to the 800 number and still waiting to hear back. More than a week after the purchase, and I'm thinking I just paid $300 for an empty box. I recommend the products, but would not recommend purchasing from this location because they do not care what happens after you leave.
